Elimination Chamber Build-Up: Storylines and Matches

The show tonight is coming from New Orleans.

Joe and Wayne are at the announcer’s desk tonight with Lillian Garcia on ring announcer’s duties.

Thanks to The Rock, Cody has been pulled from the Main Event.

Drew McIntyre is on the way to the ring for singles action. (playing a bully very well right now) In the chamber, Drew is joining, Logan Paul, John Cena, Seth Rollins and Damien Priest in the Elimination Chamber. Seth is in action against Jimmy Uso. Just when Drew thought he had Jimmy in an Alabama Slam, Jimmy rolled him up stealing the win. Drew has lost the plot. If you love to hate Drew, well, you got it.

This should be an interesting tag match: Carmelo Hayes and The Miz will face R-Truth, who is 53 years old, and L.A. Knight. I’m not sure how this will turn out. With some help from Shinsuke Nakamura, Miz and Hayes secured the victory.

Tiffy cutting a promo before her match with Candice. Tiffy will face Charlotte at Wrestlemania for the Smackdown Women’s Title. (Trish Stratus/Tiff will face Nia/Candice at Elimination Chamber) Numbers might be a little more even with Charlotte now at ringside.

The match between Naomi/Liv has fallen apart. Liv and Raquel have taken out Naomi and Bianca. Bianca/Naomi will be defending the Ladies Tag Title against Liv/Raquel

The Rock is making his way to the ring, and there’s still some uncertainty about what’s happening. He’s calling Cody to come to the ring. It seems that Cody’s mom and The Rock’s mom have become friends, but I’m not entirely sure what this means for the storyline. The Rock is set to appear at the Elimination Chamber on March 1st, and he’s given Cody until then to provide his answer. This is a solid promo to build toward WrestleMania, but I find myself a bit confused about the whole situation. (Rock did a great flip from babyface to heel)

Tag Team Champions #DIY facing Pretty Deadly for the tag belts. Street Profits stopping the match, going after Pretty Deadly. They also took out #DIY. Motor City Machine Guns have headed to the ring.

Damien Priest/Braun Strowman in a tag team against Jacob Fatu/Tama Tonga. OMG Jacob Fatu just super-kicked Solo as Damien got out of the way. Braun took out Jacob, allowing Damien the chance to get the win pinning, Solo.
