NXT Deadline 2023

This is the final Pay-per-view of the year for the Black and Gold Brand. I have no clue what is going to happen. Things can go any way. I will share my thoughts with you during the show.

**I just want to take a minute to apologize that I had not made it back sooner. I had my final Immunotherapy treatment this past week. It knocked me for a bit of a loop but I am back to fighting fit. It’s time to get back to work and keep building my brand. Thanks for taking the time to read my work.

On the kick-off show Axiom will finally get his match against Nathan Frazer, this match was taking place on the going-home show but it was the Women who had qualified for the Iron Survivor match who disrupeted the boy’s match. Axion/Nathan have shown respect for each other, this should be a good match as long as no one interferes. This is going to be a hard match to beat for the match of the night. What one has not thought of the other has. Axiom with the win.

**MAIN SHOW — Shawn Michaels is on the way to the ring. CM Punk is at the show and on his way to the ring.

*MATCH 1 — Dragon Lee will be facing Dom Mystero for the North American Title. (Wes Lee is facing a lengthy stint on the sidelines due to needing back surgery. Wes is looking at being out from 8 to 12 months) At this point, Dom is on his own but we all know that can change. I am hoping the pull the trigger, a new champion. (It’s time for a change, today would be good.) Finally, it was a great match but the title has changed hands and your NEW North American Title holder is Dragon Lee.

*MATCH 2 – Women’s Iron Survivor Challenge — 25-minute time limit. The winner will be the #1 Contender. Opening the match are Fallon Henley and Blair Davenport. Tiffany Straton is in the ring. Blair/Tiffany teaming up on Fallon. Kelani James is on her way to the ring. Fallon came out of the box and sent Tiffiany in for a time-out. Lash Legend is the last to join the fight. Lash pinned Tiffany/Fallon for 2 points. (This is BULLSHIT — Noam Dar and the rest of the idiots showed up to make sure that Tiffany/Fallon can’t get out of the box. (They finally did) With 3 falls, Blair Davenport. (I can’t stand Blair but as long as Lash did not win, I am happy) This just got interesting Cora Jade has returned.

*Match 3 – Lexis King (Brian Pillman’s son. I don’t blame him for working on carving out his own identity, this is who I AM) facing Carmello Hayes. This one could go either way. There is definitely no love loss here. At least to me, there was not much in this match that was special. Hayes was able to clear his name. King just admitted it wasn’t him that attacked Trick. King also “thanked” Hayes for the match.

**NXT Vengeance Day on February 4 in Clarksville, Tennessee

*Match 4 – Men’s Iron Survivor Match — Dijak is out first along with Josh Briggs. Tyler Bate, Josh in the Box for 90 seconds, thanks to a pin by Dijak. Josh Briggs sent Dijak to the penalty box. Trick Williams is on his way out. Tyler with the lead at 2 falls pins Trick. Braun Breakker is in the ring with 3 pins in 40 seconds. Tyler with another pin and a 3-point tie with Braun. Holy Crap, No one gave Trick a chance and with 4 falls, Trick pulls out the win.

*MATCH 5 – Steal Cage match with Roxanne Perez facing Kiana James. This will get very nasty. Roxy is taking it hard on Kiana, who deserves it after all the crap she has put Roxy through. Kiana with the win thanks to extra help. It could have been a really good match but you also know this feud is over by a long shot. I just feel like there was nothing overly special about this match.

*MATCH 6 – Main Event — IIja Dragunov facing Baron Corbin for the NXT Men’s title. As Jim Ross would say, “This is going to be a slobber knocker” I know its storyline but when Corbin started talking about IIja’s son, that crossed the line for me. Anyway, they both will do whatever it takes for the win, doesn’t matter how much they have to injure the other to win. both Corbin and IIja have given everything possible and the other absorbs it and comes back for more.

Neither Hubby nor I know what to think about this match. It was good, they both have left it all in the ring but how injured is IIja with the rib injury. IIja keeps the belt and is now looking at facing Trick Williams at New Year’s Evil

Thanks for watching

Survivor Series 2023

This is going to be an interesting show as always. I don’t expect belts to change hands but anything can happen.

The return of Randy Orton. I did read today that at one point the Doctors did recommend that he retire. Will be interesting to see how he does.

**This blog will have Spoilers today. **

**MATCH 1 — First War, The cages are dropping. Just a reminder that the war will not officially begin until all 10 are in the cage. The Women are starting the show. Bianca Belair is out first (Team EST won the advantage) Shotzi, Charlotte, and Becky, who will be starting for Team EST. Damage Control came out together. Bayley is on the way to the ring to start for Damage Control. Shotzi is next to the ring, stopping to get ammunition from under the ring. (Dakotai Ki on the outside) Iyo Skye for Damage Control in the ring. Bianca Belair is in the ring and has 2 braids to use tonight. Kari Sane to the cage next. Charlotte is the final member of Team EST. Asuka is at the door, the match will officially start once Asuka is in and the door is closed. (I really hope it’s Team EST for the win. Bayley needs to take down a few pegs. She has become a middle card wrestler in my book) Becky puts Bayley through a table for the win.

***JANUARY 27th is the Royal Rumble in Florida

**MATCH 2 — It’s the Intercontentional Championship match which will see Gunther facing The Miz for the belt. It’s a match that could go either way. Miz will do whatever it takes to win but can Gunther play that dirty. Wondering if Imperium will show up at some point. (I am hoping for the Miz but I have a feeling that Gunther will come out on top) Miz was forced to tap out. It was a good match with no interference from Imperium. Gunther keeps the title

**MATCH 3 — Santos Escobar facing Dragon Lee. (Santo with a heel turn) It was a good match but not long enough in my book.

**MATCH 4 — Zoey Stark facing Rhea Ripley for the RAW Women’s Title. Finally a good match. They both had their moments to shine but it was Rhea with the win. (I was hoping they might pull the trigger tonight but guess they won’t until Wrestlemania. With the Elimination Chamber here in Perth in February, they are keeping the belt on Rhea.)

**MATCH 5– Mens War Games. — Our first is Drew for Judgement Day who have entered the area together. Finn starting for Judgement Day. Cody entered first for the Baby Faces, Jey Uso, Sami Zayn, and Seth Rollins. (I am surprised that management allowed Seth to do this match considering his back) (Randy has still not arrived as of the start) J.D McDonagh and Jey Uso is on the way to help Seth, and Damien on the way to the ring. Sami, joining Seth and Jey. Drew was in the cage taking everything he had out on Jey, Drew made it known that he would target Jey when he joined Judgement Day. Cody Rhodes is on his way to the ring. (it was Cody’s Dad Dusty who created War Games. ) Rhea tried to cash in the Briefcase for Damien but Randy appeared out of nowhere.

The Baby Faces with the win. How great to see Randy back. He looks really good. That was a hell of an RKO by Randy on J.D. when he got thrown off the top of the ring.

OMG just as the show was about to go off, music started. . . CM Punk has returned. (I am in shock right now)

WWE Notes Week of November 25

Getting ready to head to Survivor Series: War Games

Drew McIntyre in the ring, explaining why he helped Judgement Day keep the titles. Drew is angry in part thanks to Cody bringing Jey to RAW. NO, Drew has not joined Judgement Day but he will be on their team at War Games.

Drew and Judgement day at ringside, Jey is called out by Drew but Jey also has backup. Thanks to Sami/Seth/Cody/Jey is back but it’s Adam with the news. The Baby Faces must find a 5th by the end of the show. 1 member of each team will compete tonight for the advantage in the War Games.

Nia Jax is a bully

Fatal-4 for the Women’s Tag Team titles. The winner faces Chelsea Green/Piper Niven. The winners are Natalya/Tegan Kox. (Of course, Chelsea is complaining )

**NXT — Heritage Cup between Noam Dar and Chad Gable. Needless to say, it ended as it always does. Because of a tie, the cup does not change hands.

When Layra Valkyria was on the way to the ring for her match with Xia Lee for the NXT Women’s title, Xia hit her with a roundhouse kick to try and take her out, that same kick knocking Becky Lynch into a concussion and knocked out Candace LaRae.

More qualifying matches for the Iron Survivor match at Deadline.

Wes Lee demands a rematch for the North American Title but first, he has to survive a Fatal-4 way with Cameron Grimes, Bronson Reed and Johnny Gargano. If Wes wins he gets Dom at Deadline. (it’s time the North American Title returned to where it really belongs, on NXT)

The match between Layra/Xia was a really good match, it was tough, you could see it but they gave it the time it deserved. Layra beat her in the middle of the ring.

**Smackdown — Nothing really special about the show. It was all tag matches. No belts changed hands. Typical going home show, making sure no one really got hurt so they could compete.

Dragon Lee will be replacing Carlito in his match against Santos Escobar (heel turn) since Santos injured Carlito. (just got more of my interest in this match)

The only thing I did enjoy was watching Greyson Waller/Austin Theory get a beat down from Kevin Owens/L.A. Knight.

Have I told you I can’t stand Pretty Deadly?

WWE Notes week ending November 18

It’s another week of not knowing what to expect. We are heading to Survivor Series War Games.

Cody Rhodes is opening the show. Cody will team with Jey in a tag team title match. Cody’s team for War Games, Jey Uso, Sami Zayn, Seth Rollins (at this point Seth is not defending the World Title but that could change) Here comes Judgement Day to spoil things.

Once again things broke down in the tag match with Seth/Sami facing J.D and Dom. Adam has banned everyone from the building who is not involved in the Tag Title match. Of course, Rhea is screaming pissed. Zoey Stark has come out. Adam screamed at Rhea that HE (Adam) runs Monday night RAW, NOT the Judgement Day.

I got a heap of frustrations after watching RAW along with NXT, to be honest. I am not sure how the rest of the universe feels but I am giving my opinion here. You might agree, you might not but I know from what I have read that a lot of you are so tired of one thing…

Interference

Once again at the end of RAW, it was Drew who came out to make sure that Cody/Jey didn’t win the titles but it was also a storyline relating to Drew turning heel. Why is it that a really good match has to get spoiled? This is one that Husband Phil likes, the outsiders keep interfering until they get caught and then it’s a good match.

(again Yes, I know it is all scripted but there are cases where it’s enough)

As in Roman, along with the Bloodline. I hated that storyline from the beginning and I hate it even more now. There was a rule that you had to defend the belt you held once every 30 days. Having Roman still holding the belt is more damaging them helping. I can’t wait for Wrestlemania 40. The belt needs to have respect returned to it, as long as Roman has it, it never will. How long will it be, before Roman actually defends the belt all on his own with no outside interference? (Cody needs to finish the story, L.A. Knight will have his time as long as creative takes advantage of the wave he has created with fans)

NXT this past week was another prime example of the Interference ruining a good match. It was between Roxanne Perez against Lash LaRue. It was to qualify for the Iron Woman match heading to Deadline. The crew with Noam Dar had interfered but they got caught, and the Ref had tossed them from ringside. Things were great until Kiana James who thinks she is so entitled interfered in the match helping Lash win. I wanted to see where the match would go but thanks to creative once again, it went down the tubes.

I have read that the draft is coming after the first of the year. I hope that people like Roxanne, and Braun Breakker (not liking him as a heel).

What is it with Barron Corbin? Why is he in NXT? Helping to put over the younger kids, helping them develop and move up? That is one I just don’t understand.

**Backlash will take place on May 4 2024 in Lyon-Decines France

Thanks for taking the time to read this. I know this is different the past week but just frustrated with the way things have been going of late.

Don’t forget that Survivor Series: War Games is next weekend

WWE Notes Week Ending November 11

With Crown Jewel this past weekend it’s going to be interesting to see what the fallout will be. I am curious to see if Sami Zayne still has the briefcase and how ticked off is Damien. (I did read that at some point Damien might lose the case but I will call that a rumour)

I did see Adam Pearce announce 2 matches for tonight’s RAW. New Day facing Judgement Day and a Battle Royal to see who will face Rhea for the belt. (It’s time some respect was given to the Women’s Division, with Rhea holding the belt, (In my book) it’s not happening because she is too busy running Judgement Day)

*** NOVEMBER 25 is Survivor Series/War Games. (will Randy Orton finally return?)

**RAW — Recap of Crown Jewel.

Seth Rollins opening the show. (Looks like he is walking a little gingerly) Sami Zayn is out to chat with Seth. Sami talks about how Judgement Day holds all the titles but Seth’s title. Sami is tired of the Judgement Day running the show, if they had gotten Seth’s Belt it would be Bloodline 2.0. (Sami had to return the briefcase) Seth went to see Adam, Sami now has a World Heavyweight title shot when he wants.

Fatal 4-way for the #1 Contender match between Ricochet/The Miz/Bronson Reed/Ivar to face Gunther at Survivor Series for the Intercontentional Title.

#1 contenders Battle Royal for the right to face Rhea Ripley at Survivor Series for the Raw Women’s title.

Sami Zayne facing Seth Rollins for the World Heavyweight title. It was a good match, solid. I wish that Sami could have won it. As Sami was leaving ringside he was attacked by Judgement Day, Seth coming to Sami’s aid. Here comes Jey Uso for backup. Let’s not forget Cody is also out, to help, all hell has broken loose. Adam Pearce is more than livid. I have never seen Adam so mad let alone that red, The two factions will meet at War Games. (Judgement Day vs Baby Faces)

**NXT — Heritage Cup match between Noam Dar and Akira Tozawa.

***Saturday, December 9 is the final pay-per-view for the season is Deadline.

Xia Lee showed up, Interrupting Layra Valkeria who was giving her maiden speech as the new NXT Women’s champion, demanding a match for the title.

Von Wagner facing Braun Brekker. The ref has been told to do what is needed for a winner.

**SMACKDOWN

To be honest the show felt very flat.

The only 2 points worth talking about were the fact that once again, I do love watching Grayson Waller get his backside handed to him. This time we can thank L.A. Knight. (Yes, Grayson is an Aussie but I still find the character annoying

Asuka has turned, joining Damage Control. She was in a 6-Woman tag team with Charlotte/Bianca facing Damage Control but it all fell apart. I saw written and makes me wonder if this will set up a Women’s War Games Match.

WWE Notes, week ending November 4

It’s the going home show before Crown Jewel. I have still to hear a complete card, so hoping between tonight and Smackdown on Saturday, things will take shape. Here in Australia, I get Crowl Jewel live at 3:30 a.m., It its a good thing for the record button on the DVR. I will be checking out the show as soon as I get up on Sunday.

**NXT has its second night of Halloween Havoc this week.

**RAW — Rhea is out with DumDum(Dom) and J.D. McDonagh is with them.

Ricochet/Dom in a match. Ricochet came out to give Sami some backup. Another stolen win by DumDum (getting tired of Judgement Day. It’s getting so old and to be honest, I am so over it. The matches are getting boring because you know that at some point, someone will interfere from Judgement Day)

Alpha Academy facing the Creed Brothers who have been called up from NXT. (Ivy Nile is with them)

**CROWL JEWEL CARD — *Cody Rhodes facing Damien Priest at Crown Jewel. *Roman facing L.A.Knight for the Universal title. * Rey Mysterio facing Logan Paul for the United States Title. *John Cena facing Solo Sikoa. *Drew McIntyre facing Seth Rollins for the World Heavyweight title. * Bianca Belair facing Iyo Sky for the Smackdown Women’s Title.

DIY facing Inperium in tag team action.

Okay, Crown Jewel just got really interesting.

**NXT — Halloween Havoc — No titles changed hands. Which I am not really surprised. Dom defended the North American title/winning with a little help from Rhea but Dom was attacked by Wes Lee after the match. I can see that Wes will be coming for the title.

The Creed Brothers coming off their win on RAW took on Angel/Humberto, winning by pin fall.

Tiffany Straton attacked Fallon Henley.

Bron Breakker defeated Mr Stone. We all know how this would end but Von Wagner showed up after the match, taking Braun out for the moment.

Women’s Tag Team titles were defended but did not change hands.

Lola Vice won the Women’s breakout tournament. (not surprised)

Illja Dragunov is still the NXT Men’s champion. Trick Williams came out to face Carmello Hayes. (Carmello looked like he had seen a ghost) Just as the show was going off the air, Barron Corbin was beating the snot out of Illja screaming at him that he was coming for him and the title. (the first night of Halloween Havoc was heaps better than this night)

**Smackdown

Recap of last week’s show, the contract signing between Roman/L.A. Knight. L.A. was in the ring until Roman and Paul showed up. Needless to say, they had to be separated, by Nick and the refs.

Kevin Owens makes short work of Austin Theory with Greyson Waller watching at ringside.

Bianca Belair in an interview with Kathy but got attacked by Bayley/Iyo. Damage control is banned from ringside. Bayley has lost stock in my book, becoming a middle-card wrestler. It was Bianca with the final laugh

Crown Jewel 2023

5 Titles are on the line tonight.

I am seeing this as it was on live at 3:30 a.m. for me here in Australia.

***This blog had SPOILERS*** I am not surprised by some of what happened but I am also going, what the heck is creative thinking by pulling the trigger on this or that. I am not at all happy with the United States title, but will give more of my thoughts when that match is on.

**Pre-Show match — Sami Zayne facing J.D. McDonagh. Sami is clearly the favourite here. The crowd is very vocal which is good. This match has gone back and forth, both have had little sparks but the other has shut the door slowing momentum. Thanks to a blue thunder bomb, Sami is the winner.

**Main Show — Byron Saxton is the ring announcer for the show.

**MATCH 1 — Seth Rollins facing Drew McIntyre for the World Heavyweight Title. *(pre-match — I figured this could go either way. You know everyone is targeting Seth’s lower back. I have no clue how he manages to keep winning but he does. Will Judgement Day interfere) Seth has not been pinned in a singles match since January of this year. Seth wins the match but here comes Damien Priest with the contract, ready to cash in, to take the title. Damien is attacked from behind, and thrown into the ring post. It’s Sami Zayne who threw Damien into the post. Sami stole the briefcase and ran into the crowd preventing Damien from cashing in. (Even Seth standing in the ring has a good laugh about what just took place.)

**MATCH 2 — RAW Women’s title Fatal 5 Way – Nia Jax/Raquel Rodriguez/Shayna Bazler/Zoey Stark/Rhea Ripley. (pre-match, I was so hoping that Raquel would pull this one off, it was time for a title change, and my fingers crossed that no Judgement Day would get involved.) At least for me writing about a fatal 5 way is hard with all the action. Tonight everyone got their little moment to shine in the spotlight, taking on each other, and saving pins to keep the match going, but it was Rhea who managed to be in the right place at the right time to win. It was good to finally see Rhea have to really work for it. My guess is that the belt won’t change hands til Wrestlemania. (I’m thinking they will leave the belt on Rhea for Elimination Chamber with it here in Australia.) This match was given only 11 minutes

**MATCH 3 — John Cena vs Solo Sokia — This was another match I was really hoping that John would win but I am not surprised that he didn’t. The question is this – Was this John’s final match? There has been some talk of him retiring but it has never been talked out outright. I can remember when he started, What has kept him around for so long is that he knows how to re-invent himself to extend his career.

**They brought The Miz over for a spot to help fill time. Miz Guest was a well-known Saudi comedian. Greyson Waller walked out, (WHY). The Miz and his guest took out Greyson Waller. it was actually pretty funny.

**MATCH 4 — United States Title on the line with Rey Mysterio facing Logan Paul. I have no clue what is going on with creative. Putting the belt on Paul. NOT HAPPY! Anyway, Logan can’t win a fair fight, he always needs brass knuckles to steal the win. Right now as I am writing this I have the match on mute. I was awake for this one when it happened live. Paul wins and then gets in Rey’s face. (I did read that this could also be the set-up for Rey to possibly retire at Wrestlemania 40. It’s all speculation as of now)

**MATCH 5 — Smackdown Women’s Title have Bianca Belair facing Iyo Sky. (I don’t think that it is Bianca’s time again, yet. I have to admit that Iyo is good, glad she got a push but Wrestlemania is coming.) It was a good match, evenly matched. Bianca has the power, can Iyo match it is the question. Iyo keeps working on Bianca’s knee to weaken her strength. Bayley is at ringside (surprised they took her) Bianca tried to take out Bayley and here came Kari Sane.

**MATCH 6 — Cody Rhodes facing Damien Preist (pre-match — Cody all the way) Got goosebumps as the Universe is singing along. This won’t be easy, I have not seen anything of this match, the question will Damien get help or can Damien go it alone, finally. Of course, Damien could not do it on his own, Finn, Dom and J.D. have all come out but Jey Uso just took out the rest of the Judgement Day, sending them back to the locker room. Cody with the bionic elbow remembers his Dad, Dusty. It took 3 crossroads to get the win.

***Survivor Series War Games is in 3 weeks. November 25th

**MATCH 7 — L.A. Knight facing Roman Reigns. (pre-match – I really want L.A. to win but as all know Roman will.)The question is will he do it on his own or once again need help) Have been reading that Cody will finally face Roman again at Wrestlemania 40. They have to finally put the belt on Cody. Roman is actually doing more damage keeping the belt than defending it like it should be. Roman barely works now, so why does he still have the belt? Nothing changed, needed help from Jimmy to get the win.

I am partial but the match of the PLE is Cody/Damien for me. Nothing really special stood out for me. It will be interesting to see how Sami having the briefcase will play out. I had read that Damien will possibly lose it but I am waiting to see what happens.

Watch for Iyo/Kari Sane to team up but who will join them? Is this the collapse of Damage Control, with a possible turn with Bayley to Babyface?

More Questions are on the horizon.

Thanks for joining me and will see you for RAW on Tuesday here in Australia.

WWE Notes week ending October 28

It’s only a week until Crown Jewel. I get it overnight here but have the recording set and will watch it once I get up.

**RAW – Cody facing Damien at Crown Jewel. Tonight Jey will be in action facing Damien later tonight.

Becky Lynch defending the NXT title against Indi Hartwell.

Contract signing for the RAW Women’s Title. Rhea defends the title against, Zoey, Nia, Shayna and Raquel. This should be interesting. I can’t see it ending peacefully.

**ROYAL RUMBLE January 27th at Tropicana Field in Tampa/St.Petersburg Florida.

Another match between Damien Priest/Jey Uso. Needless to say, Finn showed up to help steal the win from Jey. They tried to take out Jey because of Cody Rhodes meeting Damien at Crown Jewel. Cody arrived limping but with a steal chair to take out Damien. Cody was close to a massive hit on Damien’s ankle but Finn pulled him out just in time.

**NXT – Night 1 of Halloween Havoc — Kiana James/Roxanne Perez opens the show.

Lexis King (Brian Pillman Jr.) facing Dante Chin

Chase U facing The Family for the NXT Tag Team Belts.

Gigi Dolan facing Blair Davenport in a lights-out match.

Lyria Valkyria facing Becky Lynch for the NXT Women’s title.

**SMACKDOWN

BREAKING NEWS — John Cena facing Solo Sokia at Crown Jewel.

ROFLOL — Roman and Paul were on their way to the ring. BUT L. A Knight walked out, not even waiting for Roman to get to the ring. Roman went after L.A. after the contract signing but then Jimmy showed up. Jimmy tried to take out Knight but it was Jimmy who went through the table, not L.A.

Carlito/Santos Escobar facing the Street Profits in a tag match. It was supposed to be Rey Mysterio but Carlito talked to Rey, with Rey Stepping aside so Carlito could take part. (payback for last week)

Shotzi facing Chelsea Green

*Main Event — L.A. Knight facing Jimmy Uso in the main event of Smackdown.

Cedric Alexander faced Dragon Lee in a good match.

Bianca Belair is out chatting to the Universe. Bianca will face IYO at Crown Jewel. Next week she will face Bayley.

***BASH IN BERLIN — August 31, 2024

WWE Notes Weekending October 21

I have been watching AEW. It’s interesting, to say the least. It’s been good to see people like Bryan Danielson, Adam Copeland and other former WWE stars making a name for themselves. Adam Cole just had major ankle surgery, there is no date for his return. Christian Cage (Edge and Christian) is now playing a really mean heel. His character hastes that Adam is there. Will be interesting to see how this plays out.

***RAW — Cody/Jay defending the tag belts against Judgement Day. Should be interesting along with all the dirty tricks. I can’t see the belts moving back to Judgement Day with some of the rumours that I have been reading on possible creative storylines. Thanks to Jimmy Uso, Judgement Day won. (boy am I pissed)

***ROYAL RUMBLE on January 27 in Florida

Rhea defends the RAW women’s title against Shayna. Figures Nia, Raquel and Zoey are all at ringside. Needless to say, that match didn’t end as it should of. (At Crown Jewel it will be a fatal 5 way with Rhea, Nia, Raquel, Shayna and Zoey)

Bronson Reed faces Gunther for the Intercontentional Title.

Sami looks lost without Kevin there.

*NXT – Recap of last week’s show

Halloween Havoc is a 2-week show starting next week.

Chase U with a huge win to have a shot at the Tag Team titles on night one of Halloween Havoc.

Trick Williams was supposed to be in the Main Event for the right to have Illa at Halloween Havoc for the NXT Men’s title but someone has taken him out.

*SMACKDOWN

Recap of last week’s show

Tonight’s show is in San Antonio, Texas. Crown Jewel is two weeks from today. (November 4th)

Paul Heyman is in the ring.

L.A. Knight to face Roman at Crown Jewel for the belt. Paul tried to leave but L.A told him to get back in the ring.

Not a fan of the Street Profits joining up with Bobby Lashley. Heal turn is not impressing me right now. Picking a fight with LWO. Waiting to see how Carlito may play into this

I can’t stand Pretty Deadly

John Cena is in the ring. The Crowd showed their appreciation. 2,002 days since John has won a televised singles match. 2018 was the last time. John issued a challenge, and Solo Sokia came out trying to take out John but then, Jimmy showed up to help. Out of nowhere, here came Jey Uso. Jey took out Jimmy, and John took out Solo.

I also can’t stand Logan Paul, He is a loudmouth nobody who thinks he can run with the WWE Boys. Now he is calling out Rey Mysterio because he doesn’t like that Rey has the United States Title. Rey will put the title on the line at Crown Jewel.

Charlotte facing Iyo Sky for the Smackdown Women’s Belt. (There won’t be a fair fight with Bayley/Dakota at ringside. Bayley has become a middle card player in my book. She is more concerned about being such a heel that she doesn’t care about anything else. She was a well-liked wrestler but it was time to blow up Damage Control ) I told you that it was not a fair fight, After the match it was a 2 on one trying to take Charlotte out but help arrived in the form of Bianca Belair.

WWE Notes week ending October 14

**Post Fastlane — Raw will be interesting to see where things stand with Judgement Day with the loss of the tag belts, and the mistake of J.D. McDonagh hitting Damien in the knee. Here is hoping to see Rhea have one all-mighty scream at J.D.

***CROWN JEWEL taking place on November 4

**RAW — Recap of Fastlane.

Seth will meet Drew McIntyre at Crown Jewel for the Heavyweight title. Drew wants Seth at 100%. Damien tried to take Seth out so he could cash in but Drew stopped Dom from getting to the ring with the briefcase/ref.

Raquel Rodrigez tried to have a match with Nia Jax but thanks to Rhea/Shayne it never finished.

Becky Lynch took on Tegan Kox for the NXT Title.

Bronson Reed/Chad Gable/Ricochet for the #1 Contender to the Intercontenetional Championship.

***ROYAL RUMBLE on January 27th in Tampa/St.Petersburg

Jey/Cody put the Tag Team Belts up against Kevin/Sami. Cody/Sami won, and Jey finally won Kevin’s respect.

**NXT — This could be a busy night with all the visitors from RAW and Smackdown. Cody Rhodes is on his way to the ring, the NXT Universe singing his theme loud and proud. At the conclusion of the Women’s Breakout tournament, there will be a Men’s Breakout Tournament. Dusty Rhodes’s tag team tournament will return next year. Cody is the special NXT Manager for tonight’s show. Illa Dragnuov has joined Cody in the ring. Rhea/DumDum have shown up. NXT Championship match with DumDum facing Illa with L.A. Knight as the special Ref.

Asuka/Roxanne in a match. Shotzi on commentary, will return for Halloween Havoc.

John Cena is in the house. Will be in the corner of Carmello Hayes during his match. Oh gee whiz, here comes Braun. Carmello just cleaned Braun’s clock. When all was said and done, Braun actually got his clock cleaned by the American Badass. It was great.

**SMACKDOWN — Triple H is coming for a visit for possibly one or more announcements.

Tonight’s show is the season premiere. John Cena just arrived. John gets one sentence out and here comes Roman. Paul/Solo are with Roman but no Jimmy. John acknowledges Roman’s title showing respect. John says he has not earned the chance to ask for a title match but L.A. Knight has who is now in the ring. Jimmy with a sneak attack. Roman is turning tail and running like he always does. L.A. facing Solo tonight.

Cody/Jay defending the Tag Team Titles against Greyson Waller/Austin Theory.

Triple H on his way to the ring. Adam Pearce in the ring with H. Adam getting promoted to General Manager of Monday Night RAW. Nick Aldis is the new General Manager of Smackdown. (I had read this as a rumor earlier today) The newest member of Smackdown is Kevin Owens. You should of seen the look on DumDums(Dom Mysterio) face. Kevin just stunnered Dom as H,Kick and Adam watched on.

Charlotte/Iyo Skye next week for the Women’s Title.

When is the Bloodline storyline going to die? Please, it’s getting boring. L.A. Knight won the match but then got speared by Roman after Jimmy had come to the ring to try and help Solo. Give L.A.Knight the win with the assist to John Cena.
