Fallout from Extreme Rules

Big E and Bobby Lashley in a war to decide the Men’s single title. The singles match fell apart thanks to the Hurt Business interfering, The New Day came to help Big E. The match is moved to inside a steal cage.

Ricochet facing off against Reggie.

Akira demanded a match, he got Keith “Bearcat” Lee (Rumour is he has returned as a heel)

Sheamus/Damien Priest for the United States Title — No DQ, NO Count outs. Damien took a beating but he still holds on for the win.

A.J facing Matt Riddle but Omos is at ringside. A.J won the match, but Omos attacked Matt for no reason.

Doudrop against Charlotte for the belt but Eva Marie had other things in mind. Shayna out, has broken Eva Marie’s wrist just as she did with Nia, days earlier.

Bobby/Big E in a steal cage. Even an early attack, by Bobby on Big E looked like it was all over. The Hurt Business/New Day came to the rescue of their respective partners but were later ejected. Finally in the middle of the ring Big E pinned Bobby for a 3 count to hopefully end that war but at the end as Big E was celebrating, Drew McIntyre made his actions known that he is coming for the title.

Extreme Rules 2021

Taking place at the Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio

The Draft starts on October 1 on Smackdown and will finish on RAW on October 4

**Pre Show — Liv Morgan facing Camellia. After much trash talking, Liv gets the biggest win of her singles career.

**MAIN SHOW MATCH 1 — The New Day facing Bobby Lashley/A.J Styles/Omos in a 6 man tag match.

**MAIN SHOW MATCH 2 — The Usos facing the Street Profits for the Tag Titles. All things considered this was a heck of a match. I would expect nothing less from these two teams. The Usos won but the Street Profits made them work for it.

**MAIN SHOW MATCH 3 — Charlotte facing Alexa Bliss for the RAW Women’s Title. This can be a great match or this can be a crap match. Lets see who shows up. Charlotte won the match but after destroyed Alexa/Lilly.

**MAIN SHOW MATCH 4 — United States Title holder Damien Priest facing Jeff Hardy/Sheamus. It was a busy match being a triple threat, you needed to keep an eye on everything. Damien was able to hold his own to keep the title as United States Champion

**MAIN SHOW MATCH 5 — Bianca Belair facing Becky Lynch for the Women’s Title. Finally Becky is getting some real work in the challenge that Bianca is giving her. It was on the road for a great match until Sasha Banks showed up, going after Bianca and then Becky. Here comes some interesting times but will the draft upset things.

**MAIN EVENT — Romain Reigns facing The Demon. Thanks to the Usos, what was a great match has been screwed. Finn is getting punished because he almost beat Roman. Some how Finn is still in this, after taking out Jey, Jimmy. Finn was about to hit one final move to pin Roman but something caused the top rope to come apart.

Smackdown Going Home for Extreme Rules

I have no clue what to expect today. I know there are still matches being added at the time of this writing.

**Medical update on Nia Jax — Shayne caused serious injury to Nia’s elbow posterior fracture and dislocation of her left elbow. No return date has been set.

**Becky will face Bianca for the Smackdown Women’s Title. Bianca payed Becky back with a K.I.D.

King Nakamura facing Apollo Crews in a rematch for the Interconnectional title match.

Naomi in the ring for a match. She was dragged out by Sonya, who told her no mate today. Rumour is that Naomi will join the blood line.

Roman had a match with Montez Ford, (we all know how that ended) but it was the Fiend who had the last laugh, taking our Roman

The Draft starts next Friday night/Saturday for me, October 1 and will finish on October 4th on RAW

Going Home Show for Extreme Rules

Recapping last week when bobby Lashley beat Randy Orton but Big E who came out to cash in, beating Bobby. Big E your new RAW Champion. (M.V.P is out with a broken rib from Randy)(Edge is NOT injured, they have written it that way because they have no story line for now)

**The New Day facing a visiting Roman and The Usos. Big E showing that its his ring. Bobby Lashley stuck his nose in demolishing everything. (Bobby still having a temper tantrum about losing to Big E. bobby was not injured.)

**Eva Marie in the ring to face Doudrop.

**Randy Orton/Matt Riddle on the way to the ring. Randy is in action against A,J Styles. After Omos got himself tossed out, Randy finally got past A.J.

**Once again Shayna injured on purpose Nia this time. Shayna had won the match and it should of been enough.

Garza/Carrillo facing Mustafa Ali/Mansoor

Nikki/Rhea (chatting about Conner’s cure) facing Tomina/Natalya for the Tag Team Titles. It was ugly but Rhea/Nikki have won the Women’s Tag Belts

Charlotte at the playground, with Alexa Bliss. They will face off at Extreme Rules for the Women’s Title.

Sheamus facing Jeff Hardy. If Jeff wins he will be added to the United States Title match at Extreme Rules. Damien Priest holds the belt. Out of no where, Jeff steals the win.

Big E/Bobby/Roman in a triple threat for bragging rights. Lashley with a chair but its legal in a triple threat match. It was a hell of a match with Roman taking a beating but pinning bobby for the win.

Cameron Grimes with Ted Dibiase in his corner, facing L.A Knight for the Million Dollar Belt. Its been a sea saw battle, good match to open with. Just when one gets ahead , the other shuts him down. (Ted has given Cameron a helping hand.) Cameron with the win. (even though Ted got involved it was still a good match)

Dakota Kai facing Raquel Gonzalez for the NXT Women’s Title. This is going to get ugly. Dakota pushed her past her limits but it was Raquel who holds on. Kay lee Raye has shown up at NXT, I wondered what happened to her after she lost the NXY U.K belt. (I did read that Kay lee had gotten married)

Walter facing Ilja Dragunov for the NXT Men’s United Kingdom title. Another ugly match, its all out war with these two. I haver never seen Walter pushed to the limits that Ilja has. OMG, Walter tapped out. It was the Ref(Jessika) had to explain to him what happened.

Adam Cole/Kyle O’Riley — This rivalry has been nasty to say the least. This is the final set of matches between them. 3 third match will be in a steel cage. **First match is a regular match. (Aja is the ref)Kyle gets the first fall. Pinned Kyle in the corner, now its a street fight. **Second Match is won by Adam Cole. **3rd match is in a steel cage. OMG I did not see that one coming — Kyle made Adam SUBMIT. Kyle wins 2 to 1 (I will call it a rumor that Adam was negotiating a possible contract with AEW, RAW was also interested in him but I Have heard no more)

Samoa Joe facing Karon Kross. It’s for the NXT title. Kross has made a few appearances on RAW. (IMO is that Karon will lose the belt to Joe, and move to RAW) Samoa Joe is the NEW NXT champion. Watch and see if and When Karon becomes full time on RAW.

2021 Summer Slam

I honestly do not know what to expect tonight. Anything can happen or anyone can arrive

**Pre Show Match — Big E facing Baron Corbin. (Corbin stole the M.I.T.B case)Big E with the win and he got his brief case back.

**Main Show — 7 titles are on the line tonight

**RAW — Tag Team Titles are on the line as Randy Orton/Matt Riddle facing A.J Styles/Omos. (A.J/Omos have held the titles but its always been Omos to do the work to make sure the titles stay put.) Randy/Matt have worked well in the past, they can do well as long as Randy loses the attitude he is known for. Matt took out Omos, Randy finished off A.J, R.K Bro is now the new RAW Tag Team Champions.

**RAW — Alexa Bliss facing Eva Marie with Doudrop (Piper Niven from NXT) in her corner. Twisted Bliss missed/almost getting the win. Alexa with the win. (Cory needs to get over himself)(I can see things breaking down between Eva and Doudrop at some time in the future)

**RAW — Damien Priest going after his first title in WWE facing Sheamus for the United States Title. No one has really had the advantage, the other shutting down before anything really gets going. Sheamus is getting frustrated, so is Damien. What a turnaround, Damien Priest is your NEW North American Champion.

**Smackdown Live — The Usos facing the Mystero’s for the right to hold the Tag Team Titles. The Usos though they would have it easy but Rey/Dom have other ideas. It was one hell of a match.

**Smackdown Live — Bianca Belair facing Sasha Banks for the Smackdown Women’s title. (I can’t see any reason why to move the belt back to Sasha) Carmella got the nod to face Bianca BUT Becky Lynch has returned. I have no clue WHY the took the belt off Bianca but Becky Lynch now holds the Smackdown Live Women’s Title. (This could be a good set up for a feud between the two)

***September 26 — Extreme Rules

**RAW — Jinder Mahal meeting Drew McIntyre — Both are wanting pay back for things they have happened. Drew with a trusty Claymore to seal the win.

**RAW Women’s Title in a 3 way match — Nikki/Charlotte/Rhea Ripley — who will come out on top to rule the Women’s Division. Nikki had no choice but to tap out. Charlotte with the belt. (I have really had a GUTFULL of Cory, its turning to his own show, very one sided)

**Smackdown Live — Edge vs Seth Rollins — this will be ugly, spiteful and anything else you want to call it. They knocked out the LED board around the ring. I have lost count on how many near falls there have been. It took Edge beating Seth head against the matt to force Seth to finally Tap Out. Edge WINS

July 4th 2022 Money in the Bank in Las Vegas

**WWE Championship between Bobby Lashley facing Goldberg. Lashley won with help from M.V.P. This is one I really wish would of changed hands. Had more than enough of Lashley with M.V.P help keeping the belt. Just proves how much of a bully Bobby really is. Bobby put his hands on Gage, which he knew what he was doing.

**WWE Universal Title between John Cena and Roman Reigns. Roman the typical bully, you will acknowledge me as the head of the table, or else. Roman has held the belt for a year barely defending it, (help from Jimmy/Jey) Let John win the 17th title to be the greatest of all times. If this match ends this way it will be the most PATHETIC way to end an Main Event. Well, it was crap is way. John pushed Roman past his limits, really making him work for it. OMG, its a good thing I am sitting down because Brock Lesner has returned. You can see that Brock has added muscle. Paul Heyman has no clue what to do. (Brock has a beard, grown his hair out long enough for a ponytail. Roman is pissed

Summer Slam Going Home

If you have heard the phrase, “Going home shows” those are the final shows before big Pay Per Views. Not a hole lot gets done. Might lock in one or two more matches but its everyone making a final pitch about how they think their match will end.

On Saturday night will be Summer slam and one Sunday will be NXT take over 36

Randy in the ring, talking about last week. Matt Riddle in the ring, Randy hit him with an RKO last week. Randy is facing Omos, no one has yet to beat Omos in singles action. R.K.Bro facing A.J and Omos for the tag belts at summer slam

Nikki Cross facing Rhea but Charlotte wont be far away. Charlotte wasn’t, she came out to the announcers table. Nikki/Rhea had the final say

Drew on his way to the ring/he will face Jinder Mahal on Saturday night at Summer slam. Drew is facing Jinder’s henchmen, the loser is barred from ringside.

Elias is getting a rebranding. Just showed a trailer that, Elias threw his guitar in the fire and walked away.

Johnny/Miz in the ring having a chat, Damien in the ring calling out Miz/Morrison. Damien meets Sheamus on Saturday night for the United States Title. Using the bro kick, Damien wins. Miz reached to Morrison for a wet stick but John walked out on Miz.

Bobby Lashley got his first spear from Goldberg.

**NXT getting ready for Take Over 36

Diamond Mind opening the show. Kushida is injured and not cleared to compete. Open challenge saw Ilja Dragunov answer the call.

Adam Cole to meet Kyle O’Riley in a 2 out of 3 falls. **Match 1 is a regular match **Match 2 is a street fight, **Match 3 is in a Steel Cage.

**Cameron Grimes/L.A Knight storyline is crap. It’s useless. I know Cam is annoying, but I would rather hear him be rude, then L.A. Knight running his mouth.

**SIDE NOTE — I have a feeling the NXY belt will change hands, Karrion has been on RAW, I could see him losing the belt and moving to RAW.

Dakota Kai (ember moon not medically cleared to compete) facing Sarry. Kai with the win but it was hard fought.

Checking out RAW/NXT/Smackdown

I thought I would check out things post M.I.T.B. Stories are getting set for Summer Slam. John Cena’s return was quiet a shock to say the least.

Nikki Cross (Nikki A.S.H) cased in her briefcase to become RAW Women’s champion. This should be interesting. (Charlotte took her normal way out getting disqualified to keep the belt. From what I Have read, they have Rhea as a babyface. If they are careful , they can have a great run with a Charlotte/Rhea feud along the lines of her battle with Sasha Banks.) Of course Charlotte has to show up and spoil things. Charlotte the bully again or should I say STILL playing that angle

RAW Tag Team Division is still as boring as ever as A.J Styles/Omos still hold the belts and don’t look like losing them anytime soon.

Eva Marie/Dewdrop (Piper Niven from NXT UK) facing Natalia/Tomina for a possible Tag Team Match.

Miz/Morrison/A.J/Omos took out Matt Riddle at the end of his match.

I am starting to like Ciampa/Thatcher together. Talk about nasty at its best.

Samoa Joe is now facing Karrion Kross at Takeover 36. Kross put his hands on Mr. Regal last week, who was prepared to fire him today.

John Cena is opening the show, Roman refused to take on John at Summer Slam but will take on Finn Balor.

Rey Mysterio facing Jimmy Uso. Payback is wonderful, Rey beats Jimmy using Jay’s own move against them.

Bianca Belair in the ring for a chat about her first 100 days, Carmella demanded a rematch and Zelina demand a title match which Bianca accepted but Carmella not liking it took to jumping Bianca. Sasha Banks to Bianca’s aide to help her. (Rumor has it that Becky Lynch will return to take on Bianca at Summer Slam. They say she is looking better than before she left to have the baby)

Contract signing between Roman Reigns and Finn Balor. (of course trash talking John Cena as Roman should in character. Roman says that John is not hungry enough. Roman is convinced that he will give Finn an ass kicking) Corbin was about to steal the contract. Roman is fuming right now.

6 man tag team — Big E, Shinsuke, Cesaro facing Apollo, Robert Roode, Dolph Ziggler.

It’s looking like Edge will face Seth at Summer slam. Seth cost Edge the title at Money in the Bank.

Carmella/Zelina waiting for Sasha/Bianca to arrive. Bianca just pressed Sasha (her suggestion) The Bank Statement still works very well. Sasha back in the blue hair. Sasha want her title back.

Our condolences to the family of Paul Orndorff, Paul passed away this past weekend.

Being back in front of the WWE Universe will set a completely different tone for the show today.

The Usos facing Dominick/Rey Mysterio for the Smackdown tag belts. It was a pretty even match but in the end Jimmy/Jey made sure they walked out with the belts. I wanted the belts to stay with Dom/Rey. Question is now can Roman keep his belt.

The Women’s briefcase match is opening tonight’s show. Alexa Bliss, Liv Morgan, Nikki Cross, Natalya, Tamina, Zelina Vega, Naomi, Asuka. Holy Crap on a Cracker, as everyone else was fighting on the ladders, Nikki climbs over everyone else and take possession of the briefcase.

Raw Tag Team Titles has The Viking Raiders facing the title holders, A.J Styles/Omos. This is an interesting with the size of Omos and how well the Raiders work together. It was a good match but as long as Omos is around, belts wont change hands

Kofi Kingston standing toe to toe with Bobby Lashley. M.V.P cant keep his mouth shut and keep out of things. Bobby is having his way with Kofi. I’m board with this story line. The universe s trying to get Kofi going. (What a waste of a good match time, this should of been a good match but the ref should of stopped it a long time before) In my opinion — its time to take the belt off Lashley.

It’s about to get really nasty. Rhea Ripley defending the Women’s RAW belt against Charlotte. (In my book there is no reason to take the belt off Rhea.)(If they worked the storyline right this could be a good feed up to Wrestlemania next April, just get the storyline right) What a crap out, they gave Charlotte back the belt. It was a great match, the best so far, but it took Charlotte sticking Rhea’s leg behind the steal step and almost break Rhea’s leg to get the win.

Men’s Money in the Bank — Kevin Owens, Riddle, Shinsuke, Ricochet, John Morrison, Big E, Seth Rollins, Drew McIntyre. Hope you haven’t blinked or you would of missed something. Jinder Mahal and his goons have dragged off Drew, I still don’t know how its Drew’s fault that Jinder missed opportunities. Holy Cow — Congrats goes out to Big E for winning the Ladder match.

The main event is no surprise with Edge facing Roman. I am hoping it will live up to the standards, set by other matches tonight. I have seen Edge take beating and come back to win the match. Edge took Roman over the limits, even Jimmy /Jey came out to try and help Roman win. In the end it was Seth Rollins going after Edge that gave the match to Roman. Seth blaming Edge that it was his fault he missed out on the match.

I can see this going one of two possible ways, Roman, The Usos with all the gold. Roman went to leave but some familiar music started playing. . . . John Cena
