6 Women tag team is opening the show tonight with Shotzy Blackheart/Tegan Nox/Mia Yim facing off against Candice LeRae/Dakota Kai/Raquel Gonzalez. these stars are not holding back, they are going for it. Neither team has anything to lose. It good hearing noise in the arena even if its just other NXT members. Even though it fell apart, a huge mistake by Dakota Kai, Tegan was able to pin Kai for the win. (Mia/Candice fought out of the ring, away from the match, I think to continue their storyline)
Finn Balor in a first time match against Damien Priest. (Damien did use the nightstick on Finn which was not a good move) Finn seems to be just a little ahead of Damien, how is showboating more than paying attention to who he is in the ring with. Damien never expected this from Finn, you can see how Damien is getting a little cocky. Damien tried to slam Finn on the steel stairs but Finn saved himself sending Damien to the steel stairs instead. It was a double coup de graude that helped Finn nail down the win.
Keith Lee who holds the North American belt facing Johnny Gargano. (I can see that Mia/Candice will play a part). It’s a bit of back and forth with Johnny playing dirty as much as he can without getting caught. Johnny keeps poking Keith but I am not sure how long before its a mistake. Keith just sent Johnny through the plexiglass with one hell of a body check. Even the girls and the use of the keys still have not done the trick. No clue how but Keith Lee keeps the belt. **Match of the night right now**
Adam Cole vs The Velveteen Dream in a Backlot Brawl (if Dream loses he will not get another title shot as long as Cole holds the belt) (I really hope the belt changes hands, its time, the story lines with Cole are getting boring)(only reason the ref is there is to declare the winner, anything goes) Of course, the Undisputed Era showed up. Dexter Lumis just showed up to even the odds for Dream. (Well, CRAP it) They left the belt on Cole and I have NO CLUE why)
Tomasso Ciampa facing Karrion Kross/Scarlett. This match is going to be brutal. They are both evil thinkers who can make their opponents suffer. Kross knocked out Ciampa for the win.
The Women have been given the main event as Rhea Ripley/Io Shirai/Charlotte in a triple threat match for the NXT Women’s Title. this has turned into a war, Io just jumped from the roof of the house onto Charlotte/Rhea. This has been one hell of a match. This has become my match of the night,the ladies have earned it in spades. Charlotte with the kendo stick in frustration with not being able to close the match. They took the belt off Charlotte but it was Io who got the win. That frees up Charlotte to go for a battle with Asuka. Question is what do you do with Rhea, is it time for her to move up to RAW or Smackdown?
