I joined the pre show in progress with a match between Toni Storm from the Gold Coast here in Australia facing Zoey Stark. With a surprise inside cradle Zoey Stark with the win.

**Night One
1st Match — Pete Dune facing off against Kushida. This match is going to get very technical. It’s a rare time that I have seen Pete Dune hurt by anyone. Pete Dune with the win but its not gong to surprise me if its reported that either or both have broken bones or are out because of other injuries.
Gauntlet match — Leon Ruff and Swerve Scott to start the match, Leon/Swerve are already going at it before the bell has even rung. They finally got in the ring for the Ref to call for the bell. Here comes Bronson Reed, Cameron Grimes. Still no eliminations as of yet. Dexter Lumis on his way,(yes, he is creepy but he is good)Leon Ruff, taken out by Swerve. L.A Knight is the final to enter. This guy is nothing but mouth, I can’t wait for someone to shut him up. Dexter Lumis taken out by Knight, (not happy)Bronson just took out Knight (yea) (Lumis just caught Knight in the silence)Swerve Scott has taken out Cameron Grimes. It was down to Swerve Scott and Bronson Reed, Bronson Reed has come out on top to face Johnny Gargano on night 2 for the North American belt.
Tommaso Ciampa facing Walter (Imperium) who holds the U.K title. I have never seen anyone take it to Walter like this. This match went to a whole new place that neither had gone before. I have not ever seen Walter be pushed this far before and it was good to see that he could be pushed. Tommaso is going to be hurting after that match.
It’s the triple threat match for the Tag Team titles. M.S.K vs/Grizzled Young Veterans vs/Del Gardo Fantasma. If you blink your going to miss what is going on. (Night one has been really good, the right matches, the crowd is getting really involved.) I have no clue how in the world they survived that match but M.S.K are the new NXT Tag Team Champions.
**The Main Event. Raquel Gonzalez facing Io Shirai for the NXT Women’s title. This is either gong to end quick, or have one hell of a match. Io can hold her own but I am not sure she can survive Raquel’s strength. I am hoping today that Io can hold on but deep down I have a feeling that the title will change hands. (Dakota Kai is coming out with Raquel) I would expect to see Dakota get involved at some point) Dakota Kai just got herself tossed, getting caught by the Ref. Once getting rid of Dakota, its turned into one hell of a match. Io with a 20 foot jump from off the top of the skull onto Raquel, the steel grate below. The title has changed hands with Raquel Gonzalez the new Women’s Champion. Io took it to her, making her earn the title. (Not sure if this will be an exit for Io, a break or what will happen to her) (I can see another run like Shayna or Asuka coming).
