Tonight I am expecting the unexpected when I least expect it. I am hoping certain belts change hands and hoping others do not. Matt Riddle has been pulled from his match against Seth Rollins. Thanks to the storm that Seth gave him. At the time of writing this, there is still no word as to who will face him.
***Match 1 is Bianca Belair defending the Raw Woman’s title against Becky Lynch. (this is one belt I hope stays with Bianca) It’s been back and forth so far, each one gets ahead a little but the other pulls them back. Becky/Bianca are both showing frustration. That was one hell of a fight, you had no clue which way it was going to go but it was Bianca in with the win. Becky offered a handshake which Bianca took.
Bailey has returned. She was out for a year with a torn ACL. Bailey is cleared to return. Here comes Dakota Kai, and Io Shari. Becky just appeared standing next to Bianca.
***Match 2 has The Miz (Maryse/Ciampa in Miz’s corner ) facing Logan Paul. Logan is holding his own, even with help in Miz’s corner. Ciampa just got tossed. It’s taken A.J to get rid of Ciampa, at ringside. OMG, Logan just jumped from the corner of the ring to the announcer’s desk. OMG, Logan Paul just WON over The Miz. Miz tried to hit Logan but he moved and Miz almost hit Maryse. Logan took advantage, hitting the skull-crushing finale, which is The Miz’s finishing move
***Match 3 — Bobby Lashley defends the United States Title against Theory. This is one belt I hope stays put. It was hard to hear the announcers when Theory walked out, you can see how much the Universe hates Theory. Theory tried to walk but Bobby stopped him. Thanks, Bobby, he made Theory tap out.
***Match 4 — Judgement Day facing The Mysterios in a tag team encounter. that is a new way to use a chair. This is a No DQ match. What is going on? Holy Crap, Edge has returned. Thanks to Edge, Rey/Dom get the win. (Edge has cut this hair, grown a beard and is very angry) That return makes things interesting.
***Match 5 — PatMcAfee finally getting his hands on Happy Corbin. NO clue how this could turn out. (shut up Corey) I don’t know how Pat won. Thanks to a low blow, return for the low blow that Corbin gave Pat on Smackdown Live.
***Match 6 — Raw/Smackdown Tag Titles on the line when The Street Profits go to battle against The Usos. (this is one title that really needs to change hands. I’m so over the storyline) Jeff Jarrett is the guest Ref. Well, it was a good match but I still can’t believe the titles stay put. When is this storyline going to end?
***Match 7 — Smackdown Women’s Title has the champion Live Morgan facing Ronda Rousey. It was Ronda all the way, the Ref counted Ronda as pinned, missing that Liv had tapped out. Ronda hit both Live/Ref with arm bars. (Ronda is irate)
***Match 8 — Main Event. Roman Reigns facing Brock Lesnar for the titles. I have a feeling this story is not over but Hey, a girl can hope, Right? Brock is driving a tractor with a front-end loader on it to the ring. It’s a last-man-standing match. Well, we knew this would happen, Jimmy/Jey showed up to help Roman keep the belt. That was the best use of the announcer’s table, putting Paul Heyman through it. Here comes Theory out to the party. Theory has been taken out of the occasion. Brock took one hell of a beating but somehow Roman still has the belt. Come on WWE, End this storyline NOW!!
