Final Smackdown before Royal Rumble

Congratulations to Triple H on his induction into the 2025 Class of the Hall of Fame. He looked shocked, similar to Shawn Michaels and The Undertaker, who came out to share the news.

Tonight’s show is in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Joe and Wade are at the announcer’s desk tonight with Lillian taking care of the ring-announcing duties.

The Undisputed Belts are hanging over the ring, awaiting the ladder match between Cody Rhodes/Kevin Owens. Well that was short and to the point, Kevin once again complaining that he is not being respected as the true champion, here comes CM Punk, who knows how this one will end. LOL, having a stare-down.

Jimmy Uso faced Carmelo Hayes again after their first match ended in a no-contest. During the match, Carmelo attempted to head-butt Jimmy but quickly learned that you don’t do that against an Uso. Neither Jimmy nor Hayes was able to gain the upper hand throughout the match. While I will acknowledge that Hayes is skilled, he still has room for improvement. Additionally, Carmelo has a tendency to celebrate too soon. In the end, Jimmy emerged victorious in a messy finish. Hayes tried to use the ropes to his advantage, but Jimmy’s strategic handful of tights made the difference in securing the win.

Chelsea Green in a title defence against Michin (B-Fab is with Michin). (I still can’t believe they put a belt on Chelsea) B-Fab with Michin in part, with the Street Profits off due to the injury storyline. Chelsea with the Kendo stick, giving Michin the win but Green keeps the belt.

Damien Priest is on his way to the ring, cutting a promo. Oh geesh, Jacob Fatu with Tama on his way to the ring. This usually won’t end pretty. According to Jacob, he and Tama run Smackdown, (really) Numbers game is on but here comes L.A. Knight to lend a hand. We got ourselves a tag match challenge Tama/Jacob against Damien/L.A.

Pretty Deadly joining DIY# in a tag match against Motor City Machine Guns/Los Garza. Well, Los Garza has walked out on M.C.M.G. HOly Cow, M.C.M.G some how got the win, it went from an 8-man tag to a regular tag match.

Liv Morgan is in singles action against Naomi. The distraction from Raquel backfired, and Naomi got the win, but Raquel and Liv had the final say post-match. Making things known they are coming for the Women’s Tag Titles.

The Miz taking on Andrade. Once again, Miz running his mouth got himself in trouble. Andrade has made sure that the Miz could not get on top of things. That was a hell of a Spanish Fly off the top rope. A Discus back elbow took Miz out giving Andrade the win.

Cole and Pat are in the ring waiting for Tiffany Stratton to arrive for an interview. Candice LaRae heading to the ring, Nia, just took out Candice. Sitting here listening to the chorus of boos aimed at Nia.

*MAIN EVENT — L.A. Knight and Damien Priest participated in tag team action against Toma Tonda and Jacob Fatu. I’m not sure how this match will turn out. Jacob is surprisingly agile for someone of his size; he defies expectations. Growing up in a wrestling family, he has the knowledge and has worked hard to earn his spot in the ring. This match was absolutely insane! Lillian barely managed to get out of the way as L.A. Knight and Jacob flew over the barricade. Wow, I really have no idea what I just witnessed. In the end, Damien and L.A. Knight secured the victory.*

Originally from Ohio but now call Adelaide, South Australia home. The love of my life Phil recently passed away and I am trying to figure out this new thing called life. Working on getting my Social Media up and running again. Also working on getting more books published. Learning how to trust my instinicts in making decisions is a huge learning curve.
