Elimination Chamber Previews: Major Storylines to Watch

Tonight’s show is in Cincinnati, Ohio

Wrestlemania 42 will take place on April 11 and April 12 in New Orleans, Louisiana

Cole and Pat are at the announcer’s desk with Alica Taylor taking care of the ring announcer’s duties.

Oh geesh, Logan Paul to open the show. You can see that they are having him as a heel. The Universe is giving him hell. CM Punk is on his way to the ring. This should be interesting. Can someone please punch Paul in the face? Why does Logan not understand, you do not piss off Punk? CM just told Logan to his face that he is a nobody. Well, that was dumb, Paul decided he could slap Punk and get away with it.

Triple threat match — Penta vs Pete Dunn vs Ludwig Kaiser — this should be interesting. you have the speed of Penta and Kaiser with the nastiness and strength of Dunn. Penta is amazing; you must pay attention or miss something special. Kaiser got rid of Penta to make sure he got the win over Pete Dunn.

Rhea Ripley will defend the Women’s World Title against Iyo Skye next Monday night. First RAW after Elimination Chamber.

John Cena’s final appearance in the Elimination Chamber is approaching. In my opinion, John should win the chamber. The powers that be won’t make it easy, but I would love to see John emerge victorious and head to WrestleMania to face Cody. However, I find myself a bit torn on this. Should they keep the title on Cody, giving him the ultimate defence, or should they put the title on John for his 17th world championship, marking a significant milestone before his retirement?

New Day on the way to the ring. Still not liking them as heels. They are in tag team action against the LWO (Cruz Del Torro and Joaquin Wilde) New Day with the heel win.

Gunther taking on Akira Tozawa. This won’t end pretty. Gunther told Akira that he could do something that Jey Uso would never do, earn his respect. Needless to say, it was not pretty, with Gunther getting the win. As Gunther went after Akira after getting the win, Otis came in to defend his buddy but Gunther also took out Otis, Jey Uso showed up, and as we all the bully that Gunther is he did a runner.

Lyra Valkaria defending the Women’s Intercontentional Title in a rematch against Dakota Kai. The first match was amazing and I hope this is just as good. That was just as good as the first match. Dakota made her earn that. Ivy Nile spoils things, taking Dakota out on the ramp, and telling Lyra that she is coming for the title.

Jackie Redmond having a sitdown chat with Sami Zayn. Sami will face Kevin Owens in an unsanctioned match at Elimination Chamber.

Braun Brekker is on the way to the ring for a singles match against, Dirty Dom. I can’t see Dom winning this but stranger things have happened. Braun is way too strong, along with surprising speed. (Finn and Carlito at ringside) Of course, Dom gets help from Finn and Carlito. The ref called for the bell when Carlito/Finn got involved in the match. Finn tried to take out Braun with a chair but, Braun had other ideas.

Cody Rhodes is on his way to the ring. Seth Rollins has joined him in the ring. Seth has told Cody that when he wins the Elimination Chamber he is coming for his title.

*Main Event — Bianca Belair/Naomi defending the Women’s Tag Team Belts against Liv Morgan/Raquel. I am not even going to give this match any air time because I can tell you right now that Liv/Raquel won the titles thanks to help from Dirty Dom. I am not sure why the powers that be are changing the title but Oh Well.
