NXT — Getting ready for Homecoming

Homecoming will take place at Full Sale University on September 16, No Mercy will take place on Septembr 27

Vic and Booker T are at the announcers’ desk, with Mike Rome looking after the ring announcing duties. ( Yes, ladies, Mike is cute)

Jaida Parker is in the ring waiting for Lash Legand to arrive for a singles match. Jaida is on a 4-match winning streak. That was a battle of wills to the end, with Lash getting the win; this fued is nowhere over.

Ja’Von Evans strides purposefully toward the ring, visibly grappling with his emotions and finding it difficult to articulate his thoughts. His voice trembles slightly as he expresses his heartfelt apology for letting the Universe down; the crowd, however, responds with overwhelming support, assuring him that they still love him despite the circumstances. Just as the atmosphere begins to shift toward a moment of camaraderie, an unexpected and underhanded move disrupts the scene. Josh Briggs, lurking in the shadows, launches a brutal attack on Evans. For a moment, fans mistakenly believe the ominous presence belongs to The Undertaker, but it quickly becomes clear that it is Briggs who, in a ruthless display of aggression, slams Evans onto a steel chair. The sound of metal colliding with flesh echoes through the arena, leaving the audience in shock and dismay.

Speed Tournment time with Xia Brookside from TNA, facing Candice LeRae. It’s a 3-minute time limit. Don’t blink or you can miss the match. Candice wins.

Trick Williams in the ring, running his mouth about how good he thinks he is. #DIY out having a chat with Trick. DIY just laid out Trick in the middle of the ring.

Kali Armstrong, who holds the Evolve women’s title, is in singles action against Jordyanne Grace. That didn’t take long, Jordyanne with the win.

Andre Chase is set to face off against Josh Briggs in a match that promises to be anything but pleasant. Briggs, clearly in a foul mood, is ready to unleash his frustrations in the ring. Earlier, Ava informed Ja’Von that if he steps out of the building tonight, he will be granted a chance to compete against Josh next week, adding an extra layer of tension to the atmosphere. As the match unfolds, Briggs secures a decisive victory, leaving chaos in his wake as he violently dismantles the announcer’s desk in a fit of rage.

In an electrifying 8-man tag team match, Ricky Staint, Oba Femi, Hank, and Tank squared off against the formidable Dark Street. Oba, noticeably leaner than before, wowed the audience with his charisma as he cracked a hilarious joke while striking one of Ricky’s signature poses. The atmosphere was charged with excitement as Ricky and Oba playfully turned their competitive rivalry into an entertaining spectacle, leaving Hank and Tank momentarily in the lurch.

But don’t count Hank and Tank out just yet! Just when things looked bleak for them, Hank unleashed their secret weapon. With a powerful shout, he called out,
“Joe Hendry!” The crowd erupted as Joe Hendry sprinted to the ringside, rallying support for the duo. With his unexpected appearance, Hank and Tank turned the tide of the match in their favour, helping secure a thrilling victory against Dark Street.
