Vic and Booker T are at the announcer’s desk, with the very handsome Mike Rome taking care of the Ring Announcing.
**The biggest question is this: What is going to happen to the Men’s NXT Title since Oba Femi vacated it? Ava will certainly have news. The next question is: Lexis King and Ricky Saints, I can imagine, will be coming forward to claim the title; we can’t forget Ethan Page. I don’t think just handing the title to whoever thinks they deserve it will work. There needs to be a tournament to name a new Men’s Champion. The new champion must be a fighting champion. There will be a 6-man ladder match for the title. Ricky Saints expected Ava to hand him the title.
**There is a Culling Problem. With the help of Shaun/Niko Izzi, Dame was able to get in the ring for the open match that Thea Hail called. (Thanks to Blake Monroe, Thea was not 100%.) What do you do with Thea now? Give her a rematch when she is healthy? I am not sure what to do with her. Izzi, with help from Shaun/Niko, will keep the belt as long as possible. A possible 2 fold problem with Thea may appear — Do you send Thea away to get healthy, bringing her back in a “Rocky-style” revenge, or does Thea feel like she needs help from Chase U? Do you turn Thea, heel and put her together with Tony D?
**Joe Hendry/Dion Lennox in a No DQ match. You know the rest of Dark State will be there to help him. Joe has help, but will it be enough? Joe approached OTM, will wait and see what happens. Holy Crap, Tony D, just showed up and helped Joe win.
Men’s Speed Champion Jasper Taylor is defending his title against Tavion Heights. They pushed each other to the limits. It was less than a minute left on the clock when Jasper got the win.
TNA International Title on the line with Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo defending against Shiloh Hill. It was a great match. Should have known, with help from Arianna Grace, Stacks retains.
Lola Vice is in singles action against Kelani Jordan. This is a long-standing rivalry that’s finally coming to a head today. Neither is happy and will stop at nothing to make sure the other suffers. Kelani is starting to panic. Kelani tried to hold the ropes and the tights, but the ref caught her. Lola, with her patted fist, hit, knocking Kelani out for the win.
Blake Monroe is out in the ring, just running off at the mouth about how good she is, but she just got interrupted by Jaida Parker
Cole/Wade are at the announcer’s desk. With Alicia Taylor doing the announcing.
**Opening the show is the New Women’s Tag Team champions, Rhea Ripley/Iyo Sky. It will be interesting to see who shows up to claim the #1 contender spot for a title match.Liv/Roxy is out to chat because Rhea/Iyo have issued a challenge for the #1 contender. Now, Lyra/Bayley is joining the chat about the #1 contender.
**Men’s Tag match has Penta returning to action, teaming with Dragon Lee, vs The Vision (Austin Theory/Bronson Reed). The Vision has Logan Paul at ringside. Braun Brekker just speared Dragon Lee/Penta coming out of nowhere. (This is getting out of hand in a way, people have been put on the shelf because of Brekker/Reed)(its getting old, thats all Braun can do when he gets ticked off is to spear everyone)
**Raquel Rodriguez addresses the Universe about her attack on Stephanie Vaquer. Cole is interviewing Raquel. Attacking Stephanie again.
**CM Punk also addresses the Universe about his match with Braun Brekker. Punk has cut a promo, but just as he was leaving, Finn’s music hit. It will be Finn facing CM for the World Heavyweight title in Belfast.
Ja’Von Evans is on the way for his first match vs Bravo Americano. Took a little work, but Ja’von with the win.
#1 Contenders match for the right to face Rhea/Iyo. It’s a triple threat match between the Kabuki Warriors and Bayley/Lyra vs. Liv/Roxy. The winner will have Rhea/Iyo at SNME in Montreal. Liv/Roxy is heading to Montreal for a title match at SNME
Becky will defend the Intercontinental Title in Belfast next week against Maxxine Dupi.
**Main Event — AJ Styles facing Gunther. This is the first time they have met in the squared circle. They put Gunther back in the silk robe. It was a nasty match; they unloaded on each other with everything they had. Gunther tapped, but the ref never saw it, as the ref of out of eye line. AJ was thinking he had won in arguing with the ref, Gunther, with a low blow when the Ref was talking to Alicia. Gunther pinned Styles, stealing the win.
There is a lot of news outside the shows, injury updates, and storyline adjustments. What I share in these blogs are things I have discovered, along with my perspective on what is happening.
**Real Life Injury File**
*Stephanie Vaquer, affectionately known as Steph, recently posted a striking image of her bruised ankle, which displayed vibrant shades of purple and blue. The moon boot encasing her foot served as a crucial protective measure during her recovery. The aggressive attack by Raquel was a calculated move, designed to sideline Stephanie from the show temporarily. This would allow her the necessary time to heal from her injury while also allowing her to prepare physically and mentally for the upcoming Royal Rumble.
*Bianca Belair’s finger injury, sustained during WrestleMania 41, is recovering more slowly than she had hoped. The joints in her fingers aren’t bending as they should, leading to significant discomfort and limitations. This has resulted in a wave of frustration as she struggles with everyday activities, including the seemingly simple task of sewing her own ring gear. The delay not only hampers her preparation for the ring but also adds to the emotional toll of her recovery.
*B-Fab and Michin — Michin is out with a shoulder injury from a house show match with Jade Cargill. B-Fab took over for Michin in other matches, became concussed and is out right now, not medically cleared. Part of the reason for moving Jordyann Grace to SmackDown, along with her quick debut, was to help fill in the gaps left because of all the injuries. It seems like the Women’s division on SmackDown has stalled because of the injuries, with Tiffany Stratton still out, they dont know what to do with Jade Cargill.
**Creative Adjustments and Backstage Rumours
L.A. Knight reset. He is not really injured, but has been written out of the show for now to give him a break. Sometimes Creative hits a wall with a character, by writing him out gives the character a break, gets him healthy. When they return, it is usually when you least expect it, and what a pop as they call it. The Royal Rumble is coming.
Chris Jericho Spectulation — Adam Pearce started the buzz using the phrase “Break down the Walls” According to reports, rumours are that Chris wants to return to WWE for a final run, before he retires. By all reports, Chris is out of contract, but he is still listed on the AEW Website. Time will tell on this one, again, what the Royal Rumble to see if Chris will break the wall.
“Oba Femi” Strategy — Coming from backstage, everyone is excited about Oba. The decision was made for Oba to vacate instead of carrying a loss on his way to the main dance. It’s a protective style of booking, keeping the aura of the wrestler.
**The Cost of the Climb**
Coming out of backstage are reports that it was Cody who pitched that Drew take over the belt. Cody knew he needed the break, needing downtime to spend with the family and just breathe. Cody also felt that Drew was the right man for the job.
Berlin Announce Team: The Fab 4 have made the trip: Cole, Graves, Barrett, Tessitore.
Ring Announcers: Both Mark Nash/Alicia Taylor made the trip. Having both Mark and Alicia there suggests they might be splitting duties between the main show and the “Dark Matches” or special segments for the international crowd.
**Randy Orton to open the show. That unspoken lack of respect because there’s a specific kind of “new generation” arrogance where guys like Trick Williams don’t just want to beat the legends—they want to act like the legends don’t even deserve the microphone. It’s that feeling of: “Your time is so over that I’m not even going to let you finish your thought.”
*MATCH 3 **An 8-man tag match has the Wyatt Sick facing Solo Sokai and the MTF. It’s the start of a Family versus Family war. This is the most unpredictable 8-man tag team match in years. Supernatural versus Bloodline. Solo has stolen the Lantern, which is just extending this war.
*MATCH 1 **Trick Williams opens his SmackDown chapter, facing off against Rey Fenix. Trick will have his hands full, as far as I know, he has never really faced anyone like Rey. It was a good match until Trick rolled up Rey and held his tights to get the win.
**Carmelo Hayes is keeping with the tradition of an Open Challenge for the United States Championship. A possible opponent could be Johnny Gargano. (Rumour that Kelani Jordan, Hayes’s fiancée, currently in NXT, could be called up to help this storyline) Shinsuke Nakamura has answered the call.
**Chelsea Green has called in her rematch clause against Giulia, who defeated her last week to win the title. (Rumour is that Chelsea could be in line for a major push) Alba Fire is facing the newly signed Jordyann Grace. Jordyann makes short work of Alba. Jade Cargill just walked out. She told Grace that it’s her show and she is the Bitch. (There is a match for you, Jordyann/Jade.)
**Cody Rhodes, who currently holds the Undisputed Title, is defending against Drew McIntyre, who has made Cody’s life a living hell. Drew had stipulated in the contract that if Cody laid a hand on Drew, Cody would lose the title. Drew could be the biggest bully on earth, and Cody could do nothing. What took the cake was Drew burning a picture of Cody/Dusty. Drew decided on a Three Stages of Hell Match. Stage 1 is a standard singles match. Stage 2 is a Falls Count Anywhere Match. Stage 3 is a Steel Cage match (if needed) *(this match could go either way. Cody is going to have to go to that really dark place to survive. There is a rumour that Roman could return, making sure Cody holds the title until WrestleMania or SummerSlam. Thanks to the return of Jacob Fatu, who went after both Drew and Cody, Drew was able to drag himself out of the cage to get the win.
*MATCH 2 – **The United States Women’s title is on the line when Guilia defends the title against Alexa Bliss. Lexi is on her own, but I don’t trust anything. Well, thanks to Lash, Guilia keeps the title. Didn’t think this title would change hands today.
*Undisputed WWE Title Contender Tournament
Randy Orton vs The Miz — I have to go with Randy on this one.
Matt Cardona vs Trick Williams — This one I have to give to Matt. Trick is not ready for this.
Damien Priest vs Solo Sokia — With Solo in possession of “The Lantern”, Damien can knock him off
Sami Zayn vs. Ilja Dragunov — This is too close to call. My heart says Sami, but my head says Ilja.
The winner of each match will meet in a Fatal 4-Way to become the #1 Contender to meet Drew at the Royal Rumble.
With the first show of the year, you tend to expect the unexpected.
Well, this went beyond that.
**The most shocking event was “The Oba Femi” Empty Throne.
1)The Men’s NXT Championship is officially now vacant.
2) Why — There was nothing else for Oba to conquer. He successfully defended the title, then walked away
3) Predictions — Ricky Saints spent the whole night saying he is the only star not leaving. He could be the next logical choice for champion, but there are way too many waiting in the wings who would love to take the title. Shiloh Hill is in his first title match next week. You also have people like Alexis King, Miles Bourne, and we can’t forget about Ethan Page.
**The Thea Hail Timeline
Thea held the title for only 22 days
After Ava told Thea that Blake had been thrown out of the building, and against medical advice, Thea got herself to the ring. Tatum Paxley managed to get herself to the ringside thanks to a chainsaw but it was Niko/Shawn from the Culling keeping the ref busy long enough so Izzi Dane could get in the ring. It was only a 10-minute match with a rubbish ending in my book. Putting the belt on Izzi.
The Culling Takover — With Izzi in possession of the Women’s North American Title, Shawn pulling the strings, NXT has a new faction to fill the void left by Trick Williams/Ja’von Evans
Vic and Booker T are at the announcer’s desk with Mike Rome on announcing duties.
MAIN EVENT ****NXT Championship: Oba Femi (c) vs. Leon Slater. The simple question is this: Slater shocked the world by winning the Fatal 4-Way! Can his speed and “Swanton 450” overcome the pure power of the Ruler?
**Cricket’s Choice — Oba has too much power; Slater will give it a go if he can get Oba off his feet, but I can’t see that happening. **Winner — Oba Femi will retain. Oba did retain, BUT on the last shot of the show. The NXT Men’s title is in the ring, and Oba is nowhere to be seen.
MATCH 2**** NXT Women’s Championship: Jacy Jayne (c) vs. Kendal Grey. On paper, this can be an even match, but there is a but: Fatal Influence, along with Wren Sinclair. Fallon/Lainey will stop at nothing to make sure Jacy keeps the title. I can’t see Wren getting involved on the outside if only to try and fight off Fallon/Lainey. With the possible toss by the ref of those on the outside, I can’t see Kendal pulling this off.
**Cricket’s Choice — As much as I want Kendal to become a double champion, I dont think it will be her day. **Winner Jacy retains. (thanks to help from Fatal Influence)
MATCH 3****NXT Women’s North American Championship: Thea Hail (c) vs. Blake Monroe. This match did not take place due to Blake attacking Rhea at ringside. Ava found Blake and threw her out of the building. Thea is not 100% but has given an open challenge. Thea is medically cleared. Izzi Dane, with the help of The Culling, is in the ring. I feel sorry for Thea. I wanted to see her defend the title. I have no idea why they took the belt of Thea.
MATCH 1****Personal Grudge Match: Tatum Paxley versus Izzi Dame. (This match was moved forward due to the Thea Hail events) Can Izzi go to that dark place where Tatum already lives? Izzi arrived at the ring alone. This is a little bit of a mismatch due to height, but Tatum has the speed. Tatum finally closed the book on Izzi Dane and The Culling by getting the win.
OK, Ethan Page started in the ring running his mouth, Jasper Troy, who holds the Speed title. Josh Briggs joins the chat, (bragging that he is the best big man in NXT. Here comes Stacks with Ariana on his arm. Shiloh Hill is in the mix now. Stacks title is on the line next week. Taivon Heights is challenging for the Speed title next week. Shiloh is the last man standing.
Michael Cole and Corey Graves are returning to the announcer’s desk for this season of RAW. Alicia Taylor will be looking after the ring announcing duties.
I don’t want to give anything away, but I have heard there may be some surprises in store.
You will notice a crossover tonight between RAW and the Netflix series Stranger Things. The final episode is named “Rightside Up”, which aired on New Year’s Day 2026. Season 5 was split into three blocks: Volume 1 on Thanksgiving, Volume 2 on Christmas, and Volume 3 on New Year’s Day. With the show just finishing its run, the upside-down graphic and theme song will play a part in tonight’s events.
***As of December 29th, Austin Theory is an official member of The Vision. I am hearing rumours that Theory may be taking some pins to make sure Breakker/Reed stay undefeated.
MATCH 3***Liv Morgan is having her first match in 6 months, facing Lyra Valkyria. It will be interesting to see if either Lady has help in her corner. Bayley is in Lyra’s corner/Roxanne is in Liv’s corner. This match was useless. Of course, Liv win thanks to Roxy
MATCH 2***Women’s Intercontinental Title is on the line as Maxxine Dupri defends against Becky Lynch. I really want Maxx to keep the title. Becky is old and tired in my book. I know I use the word bully a lot, but she is doing her job well, as I have had enough. Let Maxx keep the belt til the Royal Rumble. If you’re going to make a change, do it there. The classic heel with Becky stealing the win.
OPENING MATCH ***The Women’s Tag Team Titles are on the line as Kabuki Warriors are defending against Rhea Ripley/Iyo Skye. Have you noticed that there are little signs that Kairi is not comfortable with what Asuka is doing? Asuka is starting to become more dominant over Kairi. Rhea/Iyo are solid/on the same page. (It makes better sense to move the belts as Iyo/Rhea are so popular right now) It was Kairi who took the pin during the 8-woman tag match, January 2 on SmackDown. Auska was very cold to Kairi. Asuka to Vecna—trying to control the mind of her partner, while Kairi is like Max, trying to break free! It was a war. With Rhea/Iyo winning.
***Main Event — World Heavyweight Title is on the line with CM Punk facing Braun Brekker. You know that Braun will not come to the ring alone. If Punk doesn’t have any backup, this is not going to end well for him. “Is it going to be the OTC Roman Reigns returning to take back his yard from Paul Heyman? Or will the Megastar LA Knight defy medical orders and show up with taped-up ribs to get his revenge on Bronson Reed? Either way, CM Punk needs a miracle.” CM dared Braun to bring his Uncle and Dad. (Steiner Brothers) Will this seal Punk’s fate? Braun came out alone, for now. It’s a good, solid match. Here comes The Vision. Theory tried a stomp, but Punk kicked out. That was a battle, but Punk retains.
Gunther, on his way to the ring, Adam Pearce tried to give him a little bit of advice, try and be a little bit respectful, which would go a long way. People are not happy, nor is the WWE Universe. AJ Styles has shown up. Every time AJ has tried to speak, Gunther has opened his mouth; well, AJ just slapped Gunther, who had no response. I can see the start of a feud. Pearce just made it official; next week, Gunther will face AJ.
WWE just dropped the Oba Femi package again.
Ja’Von Evans is signing with RAW.
The Usos are on the way to the ring.
Stephanie Vaquer is on the way to have a chat with Jackie Redmond. Not a good sign, she is in a moon boot. Sneak attack by Raquel, going after her ankle in the moon boot. Pearce got rid of Raquel for now, but Raquel once again would attack backstage.
Welcome to the first live show of 2026. There will be a few changes along the way. Joe/Wade have swapped with Cory/Cole at the announcers’ desk, with Cole/Cory taking over at RAW on January 5th. SmackDown is returning to a 3-hour time format.
The last check on Piper Niven is that she is NOT medically cleared, and she won’t be anytime soon. Piper recently spoke from a “personal” place. Warning other wrestlers about the thin line between feeling “fine” and just wanting to feel “okay again”. She highlighted that the margin for error with neck issues is “horrifically thin”. Piper is working alongside officials, considering all options, but this is a very delicate issue due to the severity of the spinal concerns.
Wedding Bells news: on New Year’s Eve, Maxxine Dupi and Anthony Luke tied the knot. Many WWE Superstars were in attendance.
**Cody Rhodes is set to appear as the Road to the Royal Rumble opens. You know that Drew will be around, trying to do anything to provoke Cody to hit him, so Nick will have to strip the title from him.
**Road to Royal Rumble — Who is going to be the first one to claim their spot for the Rumble? Roman, Solo, this should be interesting. You know that there will be spots saved for surprises.
**There is an 8-woman tag team match. Charlotte/Alexa vs Rhea/Iyo vs Asuka/Kairi vs Lash/Nia. Well, we know this will fall apart at some point. Rhea/Iyo out first (Iyo has timed her jump with Rhea’s foot stomp). This will be a dirty match. Going to be more interesting to see if Lash/Nia/Kabuki Warriors can work together. Rhea and her crew can’t get anything really going, just when they do, some sneaks over and clears off the ring of those waiting to tag in. That match was a bit of a mess, but Rhea/Iyo/Alexa/Charlotte got the win.
Michin was supposed to face Jade Cargill in a singles match. If Michin wins, she gets a title shot. Michin was injured in a house show during the holidays. No clue what will happen.
As Cole/Cory were chatting about today’s show, The Miz has taken over the show. Holy Crap, Kids, Randy Orton’s music just hit. Randy just hit Miz with an R.K.O twice
Jordyanne Grace is chatting with Nick Adlis.
Kit Wilson in singles action. Elton Prince has been out with an undisclosed injury. Matt Cardona just walked out. Cole was just informed through the headset that Matt is an official part of SmackDown, having just signed as a free agent. (Matt is married to Chelsea Green) Matt won.
Sami Zayn is in the ring, chatting. OMG, here comes Trick Williams. (engaged to Lash Legand) Sami just told Trick that he needs to learn to be humble.
Carmelo Hayes, in a chat with Ilja, was respectful. Ilja thanks him for being the best version of himself. Camelo acknowledged that they will meet agian.
Johnny Gargano, with Candace in his corner, is going to battle against Carmelo Hayes for the United States Men’s title. This has been more of a Johnny and Melo issue, with Melo being a little rusty about defending a title. Finally, with a Nothing but Net, Melo shuts down Johnny for the win.
They just showed the Oba Femi package again, which was on RAW.
This rubbish between Cody/Drew, at least for me, is over the line. I know its storyline, but there is just a limit. Now, Drew has been on Cody’s bus and taken a picture off the bus of Cody/Dusty, and he burned it. They always do this with the storyline, push past everything to try and get the other person to snap. Cole was pissed. (3 stages are — Standard Wrestling, Falls count anywhere, and Steel Cage).
Chelsea Green is defending the Women’s United States Title, and Alba Fire is with her. Giulia, accompanied by Kiana James, Basic question: Who cheats to win? Thanks to Kiana, Giulia for the win and the new champion. I’m glad they put the belt back on her; she can do more to get the title back on the scene.
The main event is an Ambulance match between Damien Priest facing Aleister Black. Rhea, hiding the ambo, took out Zelina. Damien hit Aleister with a flash pop to the eye, just as Aleister did to him in the last man standing match. This was a tough match for both. Damien wins. (first ambulance match on SmackDown)
Just a reminder that this show was pre-tapped so everyone could get off the road for the holidays.
Vic, along with Booker T, is at the announcer’s desk, with Mike Rome looking after the ring announcer duties.
Tonight’s show will be the last time to show Ava that they deserve to go to New Year’s Evil
“It wasn’t just the NXT fans taking notice of ‘The Ruler’ this week. WWE ran a massive video package for Oba Femi on Monday Night RAW, showcasing his dominance and his recent face-off with Cody Rhodes. It was really strange to see it. I had to rewind to make sure I was seeing what I did. It feels like a clear ‘warning shot’ to the main roster that Oba is coming for them in 2026. Whether he’s staring down Cody or Bron Breakker, the message is the same: the main roster’s hierarchy is about to be tested.”
**Opening the show tonight — Ethan Page in a title defence battle against Moose from TNA. We all know how this one will end. (starting to get bored with Page) For once, it was sort of a clean win, but dropping Moose on the steal steps would be the difference
**Tag Team of the Year — Sol Ruca and Zaria
Wren Sinclair is facing Jayce Jade in singles action. The rest of Fatal Influence will be at the ringside. Kendal Grey was taken out by someone, placing Wren in the match. Wren managed to do some damage, but not enough.
The #1contender’s match for the Speed title between Tavion Heights facing Alexis King should be interesting. I think it will be the case of who wants it more. If you blinked, you missed the match. 8 seconds.
**Match of the Year — The triple threat match from Stand and Deliver between Oba Femi, Je’Von Evans and Trick Williams.
The main event is the classic Street Fight, where anything goes between Ricky Saints facing off against Ja’von Evans. I have come to discover that the nastier the better when you get yourself into a match like this. It’s called survival of the fittest.
Izzi Dame is in the ring, cutting a promo. Tatum is in the ring, calling out Izzi.
Joe Hendry is in the ring, having fun, but Dark State is in the ring with a beatdown.
Swipe Right in tag team action, facing off against OTM, this will not end pretty for Swipe Right. OTM with the win.
**Female Superstar of the Year: Sol Ruca
Main Event — Je’von Evans facing Ricky Saints in a Street Fight. It’s on for young and old. Twice during this match, Vic and Booker T have had to scatter to get out of the way. Oh crap, Je’von with a cutter but hit the Ref instead of Ricky. Thanks to a low blow, once the original ref was out of the way, Saints stole the match.
Joe and Wade are at the desk for the final show of 2025. The boys on Monday night are about to become the Boys of Friday night as they change places with Corey and Michael Cole, who will return to Monday nights. Alicia Taylor is looking after ring announcing duties as we close out the year.
Here is a fun fact about Alicia Taylor: she was a drummer for Kelly Osbourne. Alicia hosted her own YouTube channel, interviewing legends like Terry Funk, before she was hired by the WWE for NXT in 2018. It was Rhyno who saw her interviews, helping her get an audition.
****The Vision Power Play — Paul Heyman and his merry band of bullies. In the ring to celebrate recent events, including Austin Theory’s recent win over Rey Mysterio in the tag match last week. Theory will meet Rey tonight in singles action. (Adam Pearce made this match to settle the score. Adam also acknowledged that Austin is the newest member of The Vision. Heyman just confirmed that Theory is the newest member of the group. Let’s add CM Punk to this and see what happens. It was a big pop.
****Stephanie Vaquer puts the Women’s World Title on the line against Nikki Bella(wearing Eagles Green) and Raquel Rodriguez in a triple threat match. I don’t see the title changing hands: The odds of triple treat matches, which include a title, typically end in a no-decision with the current title holder, keeping their title. I look for Liv Morgan/Roxanne Perez causing issues for Raquel. (Judgement Day is imploding)
****I can see another title match with Maxxine Dupri defending the Intercontinental Title against Becky Lynch. You can see how much Maxx has improved, deserving of holding the title. I do kind of wonder if they will put this title or another on AJ Lee for a final run. Becky was still screaming that she did not tap out.
****AJ Styles/Dragon Lee defend the Men’s Tag Titles against The Uso. This should be a good match. Testing the waters for Jey and Jimmy, they have not been in a tag team match for a while. (any ringrust)WOW, what a hell of a match. It had everything. It’s been a while since they teamed together, but there was no ring rust. Jimmy/Jey with the Tag Team Belts.
Jackie is having a chat with Gunther.
Kabuki Warriors are on their way to the ring. This should be interesting. I am beginning to wonder if there will be a fallout between Asuka/Kairi. There are times when Kairi seems to be scared of Asuka.
Gunther is facing R-Truth, whom he forced to tap out.
They just showed a package with Oba Femi, which was in blue. Makes me wonder if he is on his way to SmackDown.
**Heading into 2026, there are thoughts that Rey Mysterio and AJ Styles will both finish their run. They both had amazing careers. “Is 2026 truly the end of the line for these two legends, or do they have one more ‘Phenomenal’ or ‘619’ run left in them? Let me know in the comments!”
Austin Theory is facing Rey Mystero in singles action. CM Punk told Rey in a chat that he had his back. Rey said, “Thanks,” but he has backup tonight. You know this one will not end well in Rey’s favour. (Logan Paul is at ringside) Told you, Logan Paul would interfere. Penta has returned to assist Rey.
