SmackDown in Salt Lake City

This is the final show before Saturday Night’s Main Event.

Cole is at the announcer’s desk with Corey. Mark Nash is taking care of announcing duties.

Tiffany is in the ring, calling out Jade. Tiff is cleared for her match tomorrow night in the title match. (I am reading rumours that this belt is about to change hands)

Ilja Dragunov, who currently holds the United States title, is in the ring for an open challenge. Nathan Frazier answers the call. This has been the biggest challenge for Nathan as far as I know. They are both pushing themselves past their limits. This match was amazing. Ilja retains, but Nathan has nothing to be ashamed of.

Kit Wilson is on his own in singles action (Elton Prince is out with an injury), facing Carmelo Hayes. The Miz tried to help Kit, but Hayes got the win.

Nia Jax, heading to the ring for singles action against Alexa Bliss. Charlotte will be at the ringside. With a little help from Charlotte, Alexa gets the win.

Solo Sokia and MFT are on the way to the ring for tag team action and will be facing Motor City Machine Guns. As per usual, Solo got involved, giving MFT the win. Now, the post-match breakdown is as per usual. (This is getting boring)

Nick Aldis is in the ring for the contract signing between Cody Rhodes and Drew McIntyre. This won’t end well. Drew refuses to sign the contract. If Cody gets disqualified or counted out, Drew wins the title. Cody pushed Nick out of the way, took a claymore.

Fallout from Halloween Havoc

Today is going to be interesting. The Women’s North American title is now on Blake Monroe. Not sure why the change unless Sol will be out for a bit with her knee, or is it a storyline between Sol and Zaira?

The other question is whether to put the Women’s title on Tatum Paxley. Sometimes I know there are issues, but this one has me totally stumped.

Vic and Booker T are at the announcer’s desk once again, with the handsome Mike Rome taking care of ring announcing duties.

I am reading that Mike Rotunda, who is Dad to Bo Dallas and Bray Wyatt, has been moved to hospice.

The next PLE is NXT Gold Rush, taking place at Madison Square Garden on November 18 and 25th.

Trick Williams is having a temper tantrum. Screaming about how he got screwed.

Axiom in a 3-minute war with Jasper Troy in the speed tournament. Winner faces El Grande Americano in the final. No surprise that Jasper is heading to the final.

Sol Ruca has given the Women’s Speed Title back to Ava, as she can no longer defend it until she is cleared. Zaria walked away. (Still wondering if the storyline will split these two.)

Tatum Paxley, along with The Culling, are in the ring. Izzi is not happy that Tatum is putting the title on the line. Tatum used the Havoc wheel to choose her opponent, but Izzi was not listed on the wheel. Lola Vice will meet Tatum for a chance at the Women’s title.

Lash Legend is facing Kendal Grey for the Women’s Evolve Title. It was a David-versus-Goliath match with Kendal, with the win.

Tavion Heights is facing Myles Borne. That was a battle; it could have gone either way, but in the end, it was Myles with the win. Jason Briggs attached Travion, getting him out of the ring. Trick Williams smacked a chair on Myles Borne, grabbing a mic, screaming for Ricky Saints, demanding his title back.

Tatum Paxley is on her way to face Lola Vice for the NXT Women’s Title. (You can see that Izzi is not impressed.) Fatal Influence is on the scene. They just took out Izzi. That could have been a good match, but it’s a setup for a new storyline.

Jordyanne Grace is facing Kelani Jordan for the TNA singles title. Trick and Ricky are still going at it. Kelani just used the title to steal the win.

Per Ava, Ricky Saints will face Trick Williams in 2 weeks in a last man standing match

RAW in Anaheim

Wade and Joe are at the announcer’s desk, and Alicia Taylor is back taking care of Ring Announcing duties.

The show is opening with a face-to-face between CM Punk and Jey Uso.

Rumour is that the reason Judgement Day lost the Tag Titles is the set-up for Finn to make an exit from the group.

Penta is facing Rusev in singles action for the right to meet Dirty Dom when he defends the Intercontinental Title at Saturday Night’s Main Event. El Grande Americano and his bullies have arrived to stop the match, attempting to take out Penta.

Paul Heyman is trying to get Braun Brekker/Bronson Reed focused on the Heavyweight Title.

Nikkke Bella in singles action against Roxanne Perez with Raquel at ringside. For some stupid reason, they gave Roxy the win. Stephanie Vaquer is out to stop the post-match beatdown from Raquel/Roxy.

I have no clue what this match is about: Braun Brekker facing L.A. Knight. This won’t end well for Knight. This should end with Brekker winning, and maybe with a little help from Reed.

JD McDonagh is facing off against Sheamus. Finn Balor in JD’s corner. Well, of course, with help from Finn, JD gets the win.

Main Event time with Bayley/Lyria going after the Women’s Tag Team titles currently held by Charlotte/Alexa Bliss. This has been a good match; the ladies are killing it. Bayley/Lyria pushed Charlotte/Alexa past the limits. Great way to close the show.

Kaboki Warriors have attacked everyone; they want the Gold.

NXT Halloween Havoc

Vic (wearing a Joker Suit) and Booker T are at the desk with Mike Rome taking care of the announcing duties.

The Opening Match is La’von Evans, joined by Leon Slater from TNA. They are facing Triple A, Mr Iguana, and LaParker. This was an interesting match. I don’t know much about Triple A wrestling. Evans/Slater with the win, but it was a great opening match.

Hijodel — Dr. Wagner Jr facing Ethan Page for the North. American Title. This is a Day of the Dead Match. Ethan made the mistake of trying to tear off Dr. Wagner’s mask. That kind of match was all Ethan; somehow, he managed to win. (I still can’t stand him)

The Women’s North American Title is on the line with Zaria stepping in for Sol Ruca, who is not medically cleared. Zaria is facing Blake Monroe. (can’t stand Blake, her package from AEW has not changed. She does play the heel well.) Sol is at the ringside. Zaria’s shoulder had come out when she collided with the steel steps, but it was Sol shoving Zaria into the post to pop the shoulder back in. Well, Crap, they put the belt on Blake. It would be interesting to see where the storyline with Zaria/Sol goes.

It’s the NXT Women’s Title on the line with Tatum Paxley from The Culling taking on Jacey Jade from Fatal Influence. Fallon/Lainey will be at the ringside. This could be a good match, provided those at ringside stay out of the match. Well, told you it would have been a good match, but Fatal Influence got involved. The Ref just tossed everyone from the ringside after those at ringside got involved. This has turned into a good match. With help from Izzi Dame, Tatum has dethroned Jacey Jade. There for a second, I thought that Izzi was going to turn on Tatum, but Tatum got out of the way. Izzi is going to have a sore jaw. (Will Izzi turn on Tatum?)

The Men’s NXT titles are on the line as Dark State face off against The Hardy Boys (they have become Woken). Jeff has an amazing face paint today. Only the NXT titles are on the line. It’s a broken rules match, in other words, anything goes. The Hardys are just destroying Dark State. The ring and ringside are a mess. In the end, Dark State would reclaim the NXT Tag Titles.

Main Event time with Ricky Saints defending the Men’s NXT Title against Trick Williams. The announcer’s table has already been destroyed. Trick has been in the front for most of the match, with Ricky getting little windows to get ahead. Trick seems to find a way to shut him down. They can’t put the title back on Trick. Trick needs to be taken down a few pegs. Finally, Ricky shuts up Trick by getting the win. (Booker not happy, he walked away from Vic)

2 of 3 titles changed hands tonight

Smackdown in Tempe

Cody and Cole are back at the announcing desk with Mark Nash taking care of ring announcing duties.

After a chat with Jimmy, Cody is on his way to the ring. Of course, here comes Drew. Jimmy showed up at the ring, going after Drew. They finally got everyone sorted. Here comes MFT.

MFT are in tag action against Shinsuke Nakamura/Rey Fenix. MFT stole the win

Tiffany Stratton is on her way to the ring for singles action, facing Kiana James, and you know that Guilia will be at ringside. Tiffany got the win but the post-match beatdown from Guilia, Jade Cargill has some to ringside, going after her. Jade went after Tiffany’s left knee.

Ilja Dragnouv is on the way to the ring for an Open Challenge, continuing on where Sami left off. Aleister Black is coming out for the challenge. Zelina Vega has joined her hubby. Zelina just got tossed. Here comes Damien Priest. Give Ilja the win, the assist to Damien.

Drew McIntyre is in a non-disqualification match against Jimmy Uso. Drew wins the match. Drew tried to put Jimmy on the shelf, but Cody came out.

NXT Show Notes

I’m not exactly certain what’s going on, but Sol Ruca has taken to social media to announce that she needs to speak to the NXT crowd. I noticed that she was noticeably limping as she made her way out of the ring following her intense match against Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair. The way she was moving gave me a sinking feeling that this could be bad news.

Vic is back at the desk with Booker T. Mike Rome on announcing duties.

The Culling is on the way to the ring. I am still stunned that Tatum Paxley is the #1 contender for the right to face Jacey Jade at Halloween Havoc. Fatal Influence arrived to cut a promo for their match.

TNA X Division is being defended by Leon Slater, who is facing Stacks.

From TNA, Zachary Wentz is facing Jasper Troy in a Speed Qualifying match. Jasper Troy faces the winner of Axion, who faces Sean Legacy. With 3 seconds left, Axion will face Jasper Troy in the final.

Ava stands in the centre of the ring, the tension palpable as she addresses the situation regarding Sol Ruca and Zaria. Sol, visibly frustrated and nursing her injury, has been deemed unfit to compete at Halloween Havoc, leaving her fans disappointed. In a surprising twist, Zaria steps forward to take Sol’s place in the match. This unexpected development raises questions about whether Zaria might turn heel and betray Sol in the future. Meanwhile, I can’t help but express my dislike for Blake Monrow; her character feels stagnant and hasn’t significantly evolved since her days in AEW, which makes her presence increasingly grating. (Sol’s knee injury is the same knee that had her on the shelf for a year)

Time for some Tag Team action with Hank/Tank facing OTM.

Fatal Influence: Jacey and Lainey Reid are taking on Izzi Dame and Tatum Paxley from The Culling. Fatal Influence is getting the win, but now the post-match beatdown before Halloween Havoc on Saturday, but Tatum is the last woman standing.

Contract signing between Ricky Saints and Trick Williams. (I am getting bored with Trick Williams. He got a head full of whatever when he won the TNA title. Oh, please, Ricky, punch him in the mouth. All hell broke loose with Ricky putting Trick through the table.

RAW in Sacramento

According to a Facebook post from Adam Pearce, there is fallout from what happened at the end of RAW last week when Brekker/Reed attacked Seth. Chatter is that Seth will have to vacate the World Title due to a shoulder injury needing surgery. (from the coast to coast during Crown Jewel in his match with Cody)

Wade/Joe are at the announcer’s table tonight with Lillian Garcia filling in tonight for Alicia Taylor, who has the night off.

Pearce is in the ring, but Braun/Reed have just shown up. I get the feeling that Braun thinks he will be given the title, but no clue at this point. Pearce just told the Universe that Seth is on the shelf until further notice. New champ to be crowned at Saturday Night Main Event in Salt Lake City. Battle Royal to determine who CM Punk will face. Brekker is being a little shit to Adam when told that he will hand over the title. Braun handed it to Paul, who in turn handed it to Pearce.

RAW Men’s Tag Titles on the line as A.J. Styles/Dragon Lee go to war with Judgement Day(Finn/JD). Dragon Lee went flying over JD to save the match. Finally, bout time, Dragon Lee and A.J. Styles have just won the Men’s Tag Team Belts. Let’s hope this is just the start of things to come tonight.

Intercontinental Men’s Title — Dirty Dom is on his way to the ring to defend against Rusev. Dom cheated last week against Penta, will the same be tonight? Once again, Dom took the bell hammer. Not again, a low blow, and he keeps the belt.

Women’s Intercontinental title on the line as Becky Lynch defends against Maxxine Dupree. (Just a thought, will Becky drop the title so she can be with Seth as he recovers?) Of course, Becky got herself disqualified to keep the title.

Stephanie Vaquer is heading to the ring for singles action against Roxanne Perez. Roxy, who seems to think she should be the women’s champion, not Steph. Steph eventually gets the win, but at the start of the post-match beatdown, Nikki Bella comes to Stephanie’s rescue.

30-man battle royal to determine who will face CM Punk at Saturday Night’s Main Event for the Heavyweight title. Jey Uso is going to Saturday Night’s Main Event to face CM Punk. CM Punk is at ringside.

SmackDown Show Notes

The next PLE is scheduled for November 1 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Saturday Night’s Main Event.

Vic is at the announcer’s desk tonight, and Cory has returned. (He was off to be at Carmella’s side as she gave birth to their second child) Mark Nash is taking care of the Ring Announcing duties.

There have been reports about Jacob Fatu dealing with an injury unrelated to wrestling, but he will need to be away for an extended period. Seth Rollins has also been written off as of this past Monday night. Rumour is that Seth needs shoulder surgery due to an injury to his shoulder after a bad landing on a coast-to-coast during his match with Cody at Crown Jewel.

Nick is in the ring, opening the show. The match between Jacob/Drew is a #1 contender’s match for the right to face Cody. Cody is now in the ring. Cody is not amused right now.

Women’s Tag Team Title match with Charlotte/Alexa putting the Titles on the line against Zaria/Sol Ruca from NXT. (I have a feeling that Zaria/Sol could get a call-up soon) Sol/Zaria did a good job keeping the ring cut in half, keeping Alexa away from Charlotte. Sol Ruca will defend the North American Women’s Title at Halloween Havoc. Not sure why she was at SmackDown to interfere in the tag match.

Aleister Black is teaming with his wife, Zelina Vega.

Sami Zayn is out to defend the United States Title. Here comes The Miz out to challenge, but here comes Carmelo Hayes to take out The Miz. OMG, what a way to return, Ilja Dragunov, who has been out almost a year due to a knee injury. This is turning into a match of the night. I remember now that Ilja has a high pain tolerance. Thanks to Solo, Ilja wins the title. (possible reason to move the belt, setting up a feud between Sami/Solo)

Motor City Machine Guns are in the ring for tag action on their 1st anniversary of arriving in the WWE, facing Los Garza.

Ok, Jacob has been taken out by whoever (injury), so now it’s just Drew on his way to the ring. Drew plays the heel well. Cody is out, and boy is he pissed. Cody is wrestling in dress clothes. Cody brought the fight, but we all know that this is not over by a mile

NXT Show Notes

Vic and Booker T are at the announcer’s desk. Mike Rome is handling the announcing duties.

Ricky Saints is on his way to the ring. (Trick Williams dropped the TNA title over the weekend. Rumour has it that he is waiting for a possible call-up to WWE.

Matt Cardona is in singles action, facing Jason Briggs. Briggs finally won a match without the chain. Ref caught him before he would use it.

Latin American Champion Hijodel Dr. Wagner Jr in singles action against Lexis King. Wagner, with the win, just called out Ethan Page. At Halloween Havoc in a Day of the Dead match, anything goes.

Lainey Reed is now a part of Fatal Influence.

Blake Monroe is facing Zaria in singles action. Sol tried to help Zaria when Blake got the chair. It would be Blake sticking Zaria with one of her hair combs to steal the win.

Hank/Tank is on the way for a triple threat tag team match, also facing Chase U and The Culling for the right to face the Hardy Boys for the NXT Tag titles. OTM returned, stopping the match.

Dark State went after Jeff/Matt Hardy

Women’s Battle Royal to find the #1 contender to face Jacey Jade at Halloween Havoc. Jordan Grey, Lash Legend(possible call-up to WWE), Angel Warriors from TNA, Victoria Crawford (Alicia Fox), and Jaida Parker. There are others from TNA. Zaria, Karmen Petrovich, The Inspiration from TNA, Tatum Paxley, Issi Dane, Wren Sinclair, Kendall Grace, Kendall Grey, Sada, Thea Hail, Kendall Jordan, Heather by Eligance, Thanks to Balke Monroe, Zaria is out.

The final 4 are Tatum Paxley, Jordyann Grace, Izzi Dane, and Kendall Grey. OMG, Tatum Paxley is going to Halloween Havoc.

RAW in Perth

Fallout from Crown Jewel

Cole and Wade Barrett are back at the announcer’s desk with Alicia Taylor on the ring announcer’s mic.

Seith, with his merry band of bullies, along with Paul Heyman, opens the show. It was essentially how good Seth thinks he is that led him to believe he can do no wrong.

Penta is on his way to the ring to face Dirty Dom for the Intercontinental Title.

Rhea Ripley, with Iyo in her corner, is taking on Kairi Sane with Asuka in her corner. Kairi is taking the lead in this, but Rhea is taking more than Kairi realises. Rhea takes a beating, but at some point, Rhea had had enough. With some help from Iyo, taking out Asuka, Rhea once again with the pin on Kairi. (post-match beatdown) Complete heel turn for Kairi/Asuka

Bronson Reed is on his way to the ring, facing Jimmy Uso in singles action. Jey did come out post-match to help Jimmy

Lyria/Bayley in tag team action against Roxanne/Raquel. Still not sure about the Bayley storyline (voices in the head). With a slap across the face, snapping Bayley back to reality, Bayley became a 1 persom wrecking machine.

Survivor Series is on November 29th in San Diego. Raw returns to Sacramento next week.

Stephanie Vaquer is on her way to the ring. Steph is the first woman in WWE to win 4 titles in one year. Roxy is having a temper tantrum about how it should have been her in the match at WrestlePalooza.

The 3-day attendance is 40,503

Jey Uso is on his way to the ring. Along with Jey, L.A. Knight, and CM Punk for the #1 contender spot to face Seth Rollins. CM Punk has earned the right to face Seth for the World Heavyweight Title. Braun/Bronson took out Punk with a message that he will never win the World title.

Braun Brekker takes out Seth just as the show is going off air. (From what I am reading, Seth was injured in the match with Cody at Crown Jewel. Not sure of how bad the injury is at this time. It was on the cards for Braun to turn on Seth sometime in 2026, but the timetable has been moved due to the injury.
