Fallout from Backlash will be the main topic, I imagine.

Cole/Cory and Lillian Garcia are taking care of hosting and announcing duties. Lillian is giving Alisha Taylor the night off as she is looking after the announcing duties at Backlash.

Saturday Night’s Main Event on May 23rd and the Clash in Italy on May 31st.

There are a lot of rumours in relation to Asuka. No one is totally sure if she has retired. There is also word that she is taking an extended leave for personal reasons.”I was looking for someone to take over my position. Finally, you’ve become the person. I’m proud of you.” Asuka to Iyo.

Paul Heyman, along with The Vision, opened the show.

The “Acknowledgment” Ceremony

The big hook is Roman Reigns. He retained his World Heavyweight Championship against Jacob Fatu at Backlash, but it was a “passing out” finish, with Fatu making the OTC pass out to the Tongan Death Grip.

The Drama: Adam Pearce has officially set an Acknowledgment Ceremony for Roman tomorrow. Jacob Fatu is confirmed to appear. Given that Roman told Fatu, “This is your last night here” after their match, this ceremony is going to be explosive.

Roman and Jimmy are in the ring, and Jacob is on his way with Jey, trying to talk him out of things. Jacob took out Jimmy on the way to the ring. Roman just went after Jacob with a chair. (We just lost another desk)Right now, there is no stopping Jacob until he gets the title.

**Matches & Appearances**

Six-Man Tag Team Match: The Vision (Bron Breakker, Austin Theory, and Logan Paul) vs. The Street Profits & Joe Hendry. (Hendry is officially “on RAW for good now,” and I can’t wait to see him face off against Logan Paul.) If you have not figured it out, I can’t stand Logan. He has never earned his stripes. You can see that the time away has given them a chance to freshen up. Get rid of those niggles they might have been carrying. Thanks to an assist from Seth Rollins, taking out Braun Brekker the Street Profits won. Logan/Theory with a title defence in 2 weeks.

Oba Femi’s Open Challenge: “The Ruler” is fresh off retiring Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 42 and destroying Otis last week. Oba Femi is on his way to the ring for another open challenge. Oba just went to the back and dragged out Los Garza to the ring. Handicapped match, which did not take long.

Women’s Tag Team Champions: Paige and Brie Bella are appearing live to address the Judgment Day (Roxanne Perez and Raquel Rodriguez).

Iyo Sky is facing Sol Ruca in singles action. In the end, it was Iyo with the win; she outsmarted Sol, avoiding the Sol Snatcher, pinning Sol for the win. Respect was shown by both the girls post-match. I was not sure how Iyo would do post the Asuka events. Of course, Becky had a couple of things to say to Sol. I can see a fued coming.

Penta is in the ring. Cutting a promo. He called out Ethan Page. Here comes Rusev to the ring also. Let’s add Je’von Evans to this mix. Pearce comes to make a match between Je’von and Rusev. That is a huge win for Je’von. Usually, once Rusev takes control, that is it.

Women’s Tag Team Bree Bella/Paige are on the way to the ring. Here comes Raquel/Roxanne from Judgment Day. Liv showed up also. Roxy/Raquel demands that Bree/Paige just hand over the tag titles.

Dom is heading to the ring with JD for his match. Finn took out JD, so Dom is on his own. Triple A Mega Championship is on the line. Facing El Grande Americano. Dom manages to hold on to the title.
