Grudge Match: Brock Lesnar vs. Oba Femi — This is the “passing of the torch” match. Femi has been positioned as the new “Beast,” and this is the ultimate test of strength against Lesnar. With the events, I am still in shock. The torch has been passed to Oba Femi. I have never seen anyone get up after an F5. Oba with a fall from Grace for the win. Brock left his boots and gloves in the ring. Brock Lesnar has retired. Thank you for playing a character so well. I was no fan, but I have the respect. The beads that Oba wears are called in Yoruba culture, beads (Odigba or Ejigba). They connect him to generations past, present and future.

MATCH 5 — WWE Women’s Championship: Jade Cargill (c) vs. Rhea Ripley — A literal clash of titans. Rhea is looking for her fourth world title, while Jade is out to prove she is the undisputed powerhouse of the division. Jade came out first. According to Cole, Rhea’s gear is to represent Rhea breaking out from the Nut House. I knew that Michin/B-Fab would show up to try and cause issues, but Iyo Sky showed up for the assist. Rhea is your 4-time champion.

MATCH 2 Intercontinental Championship (Six-Pack Ladder Match): Penta (c) vs. Dragon Lee vs. JD McDonagh vs. Rusev vs. Je’Von Evans vs. Rey Mysterio — High-flying chaos. Penta is defending against a mix of legends and the “next generation” of stars like Je’Von Evans. Michael Cole shared that it was Penta with the idea of the ladder match to defend the title. I thought Je’von might earn his first title, but it was not ment ot be today.

MATCH 3 — United States Championship: Sami Zayn (c) vs. Trick Williams — Trick is looking for his first main-roster singles title after a meteoric rise from NXT. I am not a fan of Trick, but I have respect for how good he is. The United States Title has changed hands. Congrats to Trick.

MATCH 4 — Singles Match: Finn Bálor vs. Dominik Mysterio — The “Demon” has been resurrected. Finn is looking to destroy the monster he helped create in Judgment Day. I have the creepy skin; Finn has gone to that place. Dom has no idea what to do. Adam Pearce made this match a street fight. No surprise that the Demon gets the win.

MAIN EVENT — World Heavyweight Championship: CM Punk (c) vs. Roman Reigns — Roman Reigns (The OTC) won the Royal Rumble to earn this shot. He has hinted that if he loses to Punk, he “doesn’t belong in WWE anymore,” putting his entire career on the line for the title he has never held. Roman wore the Ula Fala to the ring. We have lost the Spanish announcers’ table and Cole and Wade’s table. That’s 2 tables tonight. At least it was a clean match; no one interfered. I am totally clueless as to why they have put the belt on Roman, but they did. It was a hell of a battle, but Backlash is coming.

Attendence tonight is 55,255; overall, it is 106,072
